Now you're raising another argument. The topic is about young girls not being mature enough to hold stable relationships, hence my analysis. However, if you choose to talk about our present age and its impact on young girls, you're not too far from the truth, but remember that there are good girls, below 25, and in Nigeria, who are married, with children, and have happy homes.

Point is, the environment and age are not necessary determinants of a young girl's ability to have a stable relationship.

OP is right. But there are other things that'll excite any visitor to the prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka. These include, the faculty of arts gallery of sculptures and edifices, and the towering Nnamdi Azikiwe library reputed to be the best in West Africa amongst others.

The catch of the school is not in it's aesthetics but in the values and knowledge it offers. A UNN graduate is spectacular anywhere he/she goes, and this is not for the beauty of the school or the lack of it.

So our mothers that married at age 16-22 have failed marriages? Maturity, I always tell people, is not age bound. There are under 24 ladies who are financially stable and focused. It's really an underreported issue. Just two months ago, my colleague witnessed a man die in his presence at Area 3 junction. The pedestrian bridge is too far from the loading point, so people resort to crossing the busy express road. The man was knocked down and died on the spot. What did people do? Covered him in leaves and continued with their lives. Federal government should take a cue from Ambode, the FCT roads should not be death traps.

I'll tell you why girls resolve to lie about their sexual history or how they got disvirgined. "JUDGEMENT". The African society already has a warped concept of virginity in relation to morality and this places men who have no business judging a woman's past, present, or future in the position to declare who is morally upright or loose by the status of the hymen. Now, women are sexual beings just like men and have a right to their own bodies, women are not just sexual creatures whose value decrease once they are disvirgined. By the way, who disvirgins these girls? Their fellow women? yet the same men will come back to say they want to marry a virgin, what an unfair world. For the records, some girls actually were raped or sexually molested at a young age, some are nymphomaniacs because of terrible experiences they had in their childhood, some are just sick. You dont judge someone as immoral because he/she is not a virgin.
