However, if you choose to talk about our present age and its impact on young girls, you're not too far from the truth, but remember that there are good girls, below 25, and in Nigeria, who are married, with children, and have happy homes.

Point is, the environment and age are not necessary determinants of a young girl's ability to have a stable relationship.

OP is right. But there are other things that'll excite any visitor to the prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka. These include, the faculty of arts gallery of sculptures and edifices, and the towering Nnamdi Azikiwe library reputed to be the best in West Africa amongst others.

The catch of the school is not in it's aesthetics but in the values and knowledge it offers. A UNN graduate is spectacular anywhere he/she goes, and this is not for the beauty of the school or the lack of it.

It's really an underreported issue. Just two months ago, my colleague witnessed a man die in his presence at Area 3 junction. The African society already has a warped concept of virginity in relation to morality and this places men who have no business judging a woman's past, present, or future in the position to declare who is morally upright or loose by the status of the hymen. Now, women are sexual beings just like men and have a right to their own bodies, women are not just sexual creatures whose value decrease once they are disvirgined.
