The fact that you insert "gender" equality, totally obliterates your agenda. How on Earth would a female gender equals a male gender?. A female will never be equal to male by gender.

With equity, a female has the same platforms/opportunities as her male counterpart. Gender is completely out of it. It is gender- blind. Here, they are not equal by gender but equal by opportunities, rights, education, etc.

If you disagreed, then give your own explanation how both are the same.

You are just confused.

You're the confused one here. Equality recognizes women as the weaker vessel, hence the call to be made equal to men. Meanwhile, Equity gives both gender an equal platform and opportunity to strive.
Women can never be equal with men, not in this life or the next.
