Always wondered how those made from scratch pasta is made. Handmade? Sounds tedious

Not difficult to make, just like you making your meat pie or chin-chin dough.

Mariangeles:
What is that pasta called ? Looks good ...

Name = Pasta Fresca...in English - Fresh Pasta. Takes just a couple of minutes to boil, not more than 3 menuits .Everything is homemade, using only the freshest ingredients, always in a refrigirator in all shops.

stevebond007:

Shaki,Inu Eran,

Nice. We favorite.

But I use to assume most Europeans don't like Tripe.

They do, but theirs is kind of different from the ones you get from the market here in Nigeria. Well clean and hardly smell.

In Europe you gonna find tripe sandwich, burger or pizza

amorprincesa:
Is that sharki?

Yes

One of Italians favourite meal.. Trippa Al Sugo.

Oggi nella mia cucina ~ Trippa e pane( Trippa and bread)

Buon appetito a tutti

Mariangeles:
In a month ?
I tried it once, before that day was over, I was already feeling kinda feverish from the thought of giving up my beloved plantain and all

Plantain lover ..... No puedo esperar para estar en tu ciudad y obtener más plátano de ti

smartmom:

Pasta and Veggies

cutiereborn:

Please pass me the soup, I have cooked rice here. Yummy

JewelStone:

Congrats Preston aka Chasers. It's my 1st time commenting in this section as I can't keep calm as you deserve to be celebrated. I saw how you deactivated but was delighted upon your return and now this.
I was telling a colleague at work that passion gives monetary rewards either directly or not to the owner. Yours just did. God bless you and give you more and better than this. I hope those that criticized you earlier in humility acknowledge the fact that it's your passion and accord you the respect you deserve and encourage their wards to pursue their passion with utmost alacrity.

Wow!!!.....Thanks Sweetheart, I appreciate . Dinner on me today

mihrab34:
