A healthy diet is a solution to many of our health-care problems. It's the most important solution.

Don't wait until you've reached your goal to be proud of yourself. Be proud of every step you take toward reaching that goal.

DAY 13...Two more days to go

Ariyke:
welcome back bro

Thanks Dear

Yyeske:
I don't like too much grammar, next time you deactivate like that, MOSSAD, CIA, MI6 must come after you. Don't try that again because of some misfits here please.
You should understand that we have some kids here crying for awareness so don't give them the credence next time. Don't deactivate next time, ignore them because we seriously appreciate you.

I believe you.Time to gather the money and plan for marriage

AwkaetitiBabe:
Do you drop recipes chasers? I love the green juice. Looks healthy

Ok just seeing this.

The Green juice, is called KIWI JUICE. Very easy to make. Fresh kiwi fruit is rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin E and a good source of dietary fiber.

Instructions for just KIWI juice

1. Wash and clean Kiwi fruit. Cut them crosswise. Scoop out the pulp with a sharp-edged spoon.

2. In a blender, Add the scooped out kiwi pulp, sugar, salt, and water. Blend it until if forms a smooth pulp and with visible seeds.

3. The seeds add a great texture to the juice, and children would definitely love texture while quenching it.

4. Transfer it to serving glasses by topping it with ice cubes.

My second method

Kiwi fruit, Green Apple, Spinach and ginger

After I scoop my Kiwi with a spoon, I place it in a bowl with the spinach Apple and ginger and blend.

Transfer to a glass and add ice cubes or Tonic water

The photo below was the one I did last week

ibkayee:

Thanks Sweetheart

Comment like this makes me feel love and never to back down. Food Presentation and Home design is part of what pay my bills. So happy that some of you here love my work.

We're all from a different home and background. I don't need to post food some folks eat in their home or present it the way they want it, before they see me as Original and Real... Cooking and food art is my life and what also gives me joy.

Once again thanks to you and everybody on this thread for the love shower on me. You all have a beautiful heart..

We rise by lifting others...Love is the greatest. Thanks
