Pilaf rice is basically rice cooked in fresh-made broth. It's ridiculously time-consuming, but totally worth it, and wayyy better than using stock cubes. We go all out on the ingredients and spices we use, so I'm a little intimidated by having to list the process, and all it's ingredients.
