But wait, did you just say use hot water to rinse the vegetables and throw away the water? I think that's wrong. These particular vegetables mentioned are heat soluble veggies (there are water soluble veggies too) so it's only reasonable to eat with the water if ever cooked or brought to contact with heat. The best practice would have been, to just wash (preferably before cutting) and add to your soup, cook and eat everything.

This is really frustrating, I am trying to fill another DS 160 form to update. Now my session was timed out, I tried to retrieve my form I have tried and tried the highest the site have done is to bring me to my last saved page, when I try to click next.... It automatically brings me back to session timed out.. . What do I do as the interview date is here already. Just few days and I need to update before then.

Just saying...if your final destination is PhD, you can apply for PhD straight without acquiring the MSc degree. You don't need a Masters to start a PhD study, all you need is your BSc.

You might have to write a subject test though to better your chances. Moreover some schools don't require subject test for PhD admission. If you have time to prepare, you might as well go for it. Research is the key.
