Truth is Igbos are just like Israelis, very resilient and hardworking which is why it seems like they don't care much about politics and it's what's not. I noticed this my first days in FCT. The Richest man in Abj was and is still an Igbo man, count Num one, two three rich people in the city, Igbos must be there, all the plazas, markets, businesses, every hook and cranny of the city and suburbs, they are there, they own businesses etc, but go to the government secretaraits, they are almost the minority. it seems while others are busy killing themselves over who to rule and govern, they are busy with their businesses. 'Let them fight and grab the money, they will come and spend it here, it all comes back to us' kind of ish. This also evident during the elections and voting, an average Igbo person no send voting, especially the younger generation, much more you even close businesses that day, they will just enter house, God helping there is is light that day, forget it, movie things. But common it's Hugh time this attitude is stopped, we have to change this, let the real change to rebuild the South East and massive return back home to make our home world class habitable place fit for the future generations, just like Isreal. Imagine an Igbo city where people will swear not to leave and go back to their states, a global city that will our children will prefer over America, over most Nigerian cities, an Igbo state where our children will prefer to work and live and be comfortable, proud. It is possible. |

I have been trying hard lately to go completely on keto diet, buh mehn, the thing no easy ooo. Anyway in the spirit of trying out keto meals I made this egg moimoi moi today. Just egg, sardine, Crayfish, Lil onion, seasoning and some vegetables. Turned out really good. I am amazed. Updated : Here is how I made this pick the ingredients I brought out my blender, cracked about four eggs inside, added little Thyme, and two Knoor cubes. Cut about half of a small onion, two fresh tomatoes, I removed the seeds and cut round round shape, got my carrot, 2 small carrot, chopped into desired shapes and also washed and chopped my red atarodo(tatashe) just one little one. Now I got my can of sardine, opened it and removed two pieces of the fish, kept aside and poured the remaining into my blender where my egg is. Now to each of the vegetables I already chopped, I took out some also and poured the rest into the blender and blended together. Now I got my smooth pudding, well blended, I got my stainless bowl (you can use anything you feel like) rubbed it butter all round, and poured the blended egg pudding. After that I now garnished with the remaining vegetables, pieced the sardine I removed earlier and added it too, and also placed my leafy green lettuce as seen the first picture. Preparation over, I put my pot on fire poured in little water and allowed to boil, while boiling, I dropped the plate of pudding inside the boiling water and covered with the plate's cover and then the pot's cover, just like you do when you cook your everyday beans moi moi you know. Cook until you are certain it's done, inserting end of fork/spoon to check if it's done, as you do when you cook moimoi. Tips: for strictly ketogenic diet, you need to add more fats, say palm oil, coconut or olive oil or more butter, any pure animal fat can do too as that is the main thing. Also for those vegetables almost all of them are high in carb, that was why I used little of each, Iys just cause I didn't eat alone, so I know the portion I would eat tmy carb intake want surpass my daily 20g from this meal. But if you are not on keto, feel free to add more veggies, reduce or add more oil etc I like creating my own recipes, so feel free to do same. On the container, I noticed the stainless I used took time to cook, find a quicker heat conducting alternative, (gas must not waste oo ) but I won't advice you to use plastics oo. Thanks guys for time.

amicableSavage:Nah, nah the sx scene wasn't it for me oo, I had expected something far far more romantic, candle light dinner, buying some cool expensive gift you know to say sorry and melt her heart away once again, they rocking and cuddling together all night long, he giving her in the night and yet again in the morning before he sneaks out so the kids don't find him there, etc etc.. It was dogged somehow, more of a quickie, lol...(she never experit, her face there though.) LaKeisha will surface later, whatever happened, I just know she will show up later. Better for Tariq oo |
Wow,! Should I say best season so far, guess it was hawter than season 2... I really pity Ghost, he doesn't even know Greg was dead, let alone killing him, and to think Angie of all people arrested him. Hmmmmmm Women nawa ooo, all for the love of Greg or what exactly? Who will stand by Tasha now, (*remembers.. Tommy is still free and in charge.. Shit's gonna be bloody oo) Kenan and Co should please not harm Tariq, I think he, Kenan is already growing a soft spot for the lad. And for the Ghost/Tasha Sx... Didn't see anything worthy, wasn't what I expected after such a long time, nah nah... Was quite ordinary, guess Angie and Jamie has more chemistry in that area or so they want us to believe.. Anyway the wait is gonna be such a lonnnnnnnnnnng one. |
Hmmmmm, first time I am actually seeing a couple come so close to each other, as in touchy touchy like real couples. They even show some flesh (let me not say naked) on bed together on their first night after wedding. Good.. But but this Kushan, e be like he knows about Veera and Vivan, he seems to know but just waiting for them to come out clean or what.... |

How is the oil sector jobs in US, some of my friends that did geosciences here once there tend to switch to nursing, why? I wonder. What's the craze with nursing anyway. Also heard that those in IT never look for job, as in the demand is crazy... Are all these true? |
