I remembered how Lagos agents chop my money in the name of showing me houses when I was looking for house.
last last I had to opt for somewhere that is close to work. Although the environment is not my type of place I got to manage there with my family for the main time.
+ Although the area looks rough and densely populated to an extent it's kinda secured, electricity is a bit fair, water na zero. local man gat to buy water on a steady during the dry season.
One good benefit is I can walk to work if I want to.
