Greetings to everyone in the house. I have a question that could benefit many people here, any opinion is welcome.

Somebody is working somewhere and he is paid monthly though the salary is low due to the fact that it is a form of family work. Therefore the person has a bank account which reflects some monthly fixed savings. So at the time of application, the person's account is very very low, let say the person has no money available in the account, do you think the person could be denied visa though the sponsor is financially good and all the documents from the sponsor is good and ready, do you think the person could be denied visa on the ground of personal asset and financial status?

Just speak out your mind, any opinion is important

Please is it true that if you are working in a company that doesn't belong to the government, I mean private company and the boss gives you all the documents proving it such as employment verification, recommendation letter, payslip etc, is it true that you must have the company Statement of account though the company is not sponsoring you?

Someone said it here and I want clarity on this.

This is normal deduction that must appear on your pay. No need for explanation. Your pay slips explains it a lot
What the VO want to see, if what is on your payslips tally's with what comes into your account on Monthly basis.

I do understand my bro, but here is the case I am not paid in account but paid in cash I mean money inside envelope, though from the job verification documents my boss specified that I am paid in cash. Money in hand and to add confirmation to this, the document is been notarized at the Law court, is this sufficient at all or what more can I add again?

Good day, good people, hope we are enjoying the weekend.

My payslip shows some deductions on my salary such as insurance, income tax, pension etc,these are dedicated from my monthly salary and I receive the balance, do I have to prove this with document? Because I wasn't given any document on this at work place, or isn't it like that for everybody and do you submit any document to prove this?

Good morning to everyone in the house and wishing us all a wonderful week.

Please I would like to have some clarity here, I got refused based on insufficient fund, employment prospects and personal asset last February. After requesting Gcms note, the vo said, considering the economic status of the country, there is limited employment prospects for a student to going for bachelor of arts and social sciences. Therefore I have changed the course now to bachelor of management, do you think it is necessary for me to explain in my sop that I have been denied visa I the past for limited employment prospects but in this one I have changed it to business management or I should not talk about it because the vo already knows I have changed the course?

And secondly, I worked in my uncle shop during the time I wasn't attending school for 5years, but the enterprise got registered in June 2015 though it existed since 2010 but wasn't registered please can someone give me idea on how to address this? If it were you, what would you have said or why wasn't the enterprise or company registered since, what can I say here? As we are all naija here we know how tinzzz dey go.

Check their website www.umanitoba.ca for programs and courses since you wish to apply, i dont tink its time to send transcript yet since you just want to apply.

I contacted them more than 10times already zero reply

With the GCMS file you should now know the problem with your application and how to solve them, my guess are.
1. You are not currently employed
2. Your sponsor is not directly related to you or source of the funds is not clear to the VO or insufficient.
NOTE. They Re my guess.
You can list the documents submitted so that people in the house can put you through.

Concerning employment, I work in my brother's shop and I submitted a
Document to prove such as employment verification letter, even future employment letter. And that same brother is my sponsor together with my uncle though that uncle, we do not bear the same surname, he is from mothers side but on his birth certificate there is no relation that shows shebi u too u be naija, you understand things like that. But if source of I come isn't clear to the vo, I think it might have been mentioned in the note, nothing of such was mentioned and nothing even concerning that matter of personal asset and financial status, only the insufficient fund and limited employment prospect was pointed. What is the meaning of all these?

Good day house, I hope everybody is fine. I was denied visa about three ago on the ground of :
*insufficient fund
*limited employment prospect
*employment status
*personal asset

I then filed for a GSM file to know the actual reason for my denial, I received my GSM and here is what is written:

Application for study permit, taking into account the economic situation and the labour market in the country, I am not satisfied that the applicant has sufficient back grounds to ensure compliance with the conditions of stay as a student. For all these reasons, I am not satisfied that the applicant be a temporary student in good faith according to R179, doubts whether immigrant intent and does not use legal means to remain in Canada. once you are admitted, you are ask to show evidence of financial capability of one year before you are sent I-20. You need I-20 to apply for visa at the US embassy.

I got denied the second time for Canada visa about two weeks ago and now I want to try and register to a university in USA but from the requirement, I could see something like i-20 in which they require my sponsor's statement of account in order to weigh his financial capacity, what I really don't understand d is that, am I to send my transcript together with sponsor's SOA or that step is taken after acceptance?

Oh! True that! What some people do is to attend NOUN for a year, in order to be eligible. You can try your hands on the aalto program I told you. You get to do your masters immediately after your BSc. Three years for BSc , 2 for MSc.

Sorry about the denial bro. However, I think you might have to sit for an entrance examination for undergraduate programs. The exams can be taken outside Nigeria(Kenya and Ghana I surmise) as there are no centres in Nigeria.
That said, I think someone mentioned earlier that there's a newly introduced program in Aalto University which requires just your SAT and English proficiency test.
Alternatively, you can opt for German schools which should accept your waec and toefl.
I suggest you read previous pages.

I also went to the German thread some days ago and everyone there are saying I must have at least a year of University before I can apply to a German University. You should note however that waec alone is insufficient for a straight admission into German universities. Also concerning the other issue you raised, l believe you can translate using chrome browser or Google translate. All the best.

greetings to every one in the house, I am new on this thread, i am active on the canada thread and I got refused visa to canada the second time just for the same reasons as the first application even with addition of two reasons the second time just as if i didn't cater for any loophole of the first refusal.

I would now like to try and get admission into a german university with my WAEC certificate, please I would like you to tell me which school i should register and how do I go by it, please i need a quick and relaible information, I trust my people, abeg, your son dey suffer too much. I have information about daad.de but in fact I have been to many school site but the language and the expression on the sites is very difficult to understand.

Yes employment letter,, letter from my employer that confirms that I work there, future employment after my bachelor degree. Yes I proved the source of my money... What else do they want to see? I am not sure they read my sop and my sponsor's courier or else, I am not sure they could have refused my application

Purpose of visit wasn't ticked in my previous refusal as well... And the annoying part is that the second application they ticked Current employment situation, personal asset and financial situation which wasn't part of the first application.

Then about the job prospect, what do you suggest, the course I chose is economic (bachelor of art and social science Dalhousie university) what do you suggest?
