Good day people, please can someone give me any reason why an uncle who does not bear the same surname with you would decide to sponsor your education please.

We all know say everything na packaging and showcase.
Travel / Re: Travelling To Canada Part 11 by princeade09: 10:28am On Jan 30, 2017
Good day house, to all awaiting approval, this week shall be yours.

My question for today is that :

My tuition= 12 000
Room and miscellaneous expenses= 12 000
Total = 24 000

Now since an uncle is the sponsor and he has money in the account, how much should be the available fund 24 000 or higher?
Travel / Re: Travelling To Canada Part 11 by princeade09: 2:53pm On Jan 12, 2017
Austinpee4:

You should also take note that in addition to your tuition fees, CIC requires you have sufficient available resources in the tune of 10000CAD for your living expenses for atleast a year while showing source(s) of income for subsequent year (s).
In your case, your sponsors will have to prove this. Aside the available balance, they must show a RELIABLE source of income to caretare for you and their own needs. One conviencing way to showing responsibility to a PRINCIPAL applicant's financially from a 3rd party(uncle) is commitment and not just stating in writting. If you can get your sponsors to pay your tuition (full or part) with the money the presently have while showing the have a reliable source of income and also state why they are sponsoring you, It could boost your application. But then, Paying of school fees is not a guarantee of a study permit approval, other aspect of your application must be conviencing too.
All the best to you.

God bless you, but what I am trying to ask here is that since my uncle has money less than total year fee available, should he still mention in the affidavit that he is ready to sponsor me with the total of my fees every year or should say only part?

Good day my people, to all trv hopeful, God will take control.

I have a question, I want to use my uncle and my brother as sponsor be co-sponsor respectively, tuition is like 24000 cad, my uncle for instance has 23 000cad as his account balance and my brother has like 5000cad as balance,

But my uncle is ready to sponsor the entire of my education in canada just that presently his balance is not up to the total fee per year, what can I declare on the affidavit of sponsorship, how can I package this matter?

Many have this same problem I beleive

Good dey house. Please I need your opinion.

I completed high school five years ago and I didn't continue due to lack of finance. In fact that this lack is still living with me despite I have been working since completion of the high school, I would like to know if there is any scholarship I could apply to in order to support my education to study in canada or USA.

I would be very happy to reading from you soon. Thank you all

cheesy cheesy cheesy my bro, this your question made me laugh ooo, I can't stop laughing self. What is the affidavit content lol.

Let extract the most important part.

I am aware that his yearly expenses would be 23.333k, xcluding breaks, I am therefore willing to make 26k available through him every year. I am aware that this fund must be available every year of studies and I therefore certify that I have good revenue to care for this.

This is just to translate it because it was written in French.

Boss, i am indeed very sorry for the delay ! It is well.

Where did your sponsor depose to the said affidavit? Is it before a Commissioner For Oaths or a Notary Public ?

Did your Sponsor sign the affidavit ?

Who is your sponsor ?

Is there any inconsistency between your Affidavit and Letter and Declaration of Sponsorship?

Are you sure the Affidavit is appropriately endorsed and stamped ?

Very well endorsed, at the center of document legalization and certification here in Abidjan Ivory Coast

I just received my gcms notes. Please I need every good advice I can get from this forum on how to tackle this. PLEASE

Apply with the same documents and this time add a well notarized affidavit of sponsorship, if sponsor is not your dad or mum, let him declare on the affidavit how much exactly he will be sponsoring you very year. But make sure you disclose the USA visa failure and now u can start praying.

Thank you for your response. I really appreciate you.
My present financial position is less than N200,000. I have put all I have in my business.
You know how some of our family members reason in Nigeria;, but what if my uncle decides to provide only his bank statement and letter of sponsorship and Affidavit of Sponsorship without transferring the N8million to my personal account, because, there is possibility that he will refuse because of his wife's involvement. What options do I have? Please, I need your guide, talk to me! Thanks

From what you wrote, it was just like you were the second me. You can submit his bank statement, letter of sponsorship and affidavit of sponsorship, trust me, we are in the same shoe, but my advice for u here is to let him give you his bank statement, his I'd card copy, if he is your real uncle and u think his surname and yours tally, if he can give u his birth cert, fine if he can't too, nothing is damaged, in fact many people on this thread tend to act holy meanwhile everything na packaging, it is better we discuss in private so that I can share a piece of advice though I am trv hopeful.

Good morning house, please help me.
I submitted my application on the 11th of July using paper route but till date, I am yet to receive a mail from cic acknowledging the receipt of my application, neither have I been sent a mail containing my application number.
I tracked it using the tracking no and it says 'forwarded to Accra same day'.
I also linked my application online 3 days after submission and it says no data entered/submitted.
Thus no "APPLICATION NUMBER" sent to me till date.
Should I be worried? what do you think I should do at this juncture?
Please advice me.
Thank you.

Take it easy, it is a technical problem, some people are experiencing the same but don't worry, your passport is been processed in Accra. It will end with joy

I observed that this is like third time you will be asking this question and it seems nobody likes you enough on this thread to answer your question grin

I'll try to answer your question without prejudice. grin

This is my own opinion and does not necessarily reflect the opinions of Canadian VOs..

There's nothing wrong in making small or little income....what is important is that you are not idle.

However be careful because if you're a matured person, the VO may pay attention to your personal assets etc.

How long have you been working ? If you've been working for a long time.....the VO would expect you to atleast have some savings or investment in your name especially if you're 28yrs and above.

Do you have landed property or investment here in Nigeria which you can use as home tie. Are u married?

As for your financial capacity to study in Canada... Since you said you have a sponsor who has good flow of funds in his account, I don't think you would be denied in that aspect.. As long as you're able to establish solid relationship with your sponsor and you can provide enough evidence of his source of income and relationship to you.

Like I said earlier if you're a matured individual and has been working for sometime.... It's better to maintain some funds in your account so you won't be denied on the ground of personal assets and tie to home country.

Thanx a bunch, every month, there is an amount deducted from my account as a fixed savings to be matured in 5 years which means every month I am been deducted an amount which I can't touch and this will continue till 5 years, it is over two years I subscribed to this savings system and I have been working since 2012. All the working documents are breathing well, but at this particular moment, my account is very low, do you think I should submit my monthly savings receipts and leave out my bank statement or I should still add my bank statement despite it us low but the transactions in it shows the amount I am been deducted every month in the name of savings?

Greetings to everyone in the house. I have a question that could benefit many people here, any opinion is welcome.

Somebody is working somewhere and he is paid monthly though the salary is low due to the fact that it is a form of family work. Therefore the person has a bank account which reflects some monthly fixed savings. So at the time of application, the person's account is very very low, let say the person has no money available in the account, do you think the person could be denied visa though the sponsor is financially good and all the documents from the sponsor is good and ready, do you think the person could be denied visa on the ground of personal asset and financial status?

Just speak out your mind, any opinion is important
