Once your visa has been approved, your application is already close . Do the new medical, send it as webform & email the slip to IRCC, hold the medical slip when you are traveling. You don’t need to wait for update as there’s nothing like updated LOI again.

Ircc no get standard way,i got my bvl as well on 24th march i.e a day after urs and on tracker, i could see that i had assigned work permit and visitor visa number though with no expiry date

Today my wife called MP to assit and they sounded non challant however this evening got PPR .my guess is they called ircc and someone completed the process

Please if your application is among the backlog applications and you received a BVL recently. Please try and check your application status for update on the new IRCC application tracker. Because I saw in a platform where somebody received BVL on the 29th for his
August 2021 application and she tracked his application there. He saw visa number there and her passport number. Please check and give us feedback for authenticity

Last term unofficial transcript showing her grades, Current term enrollment letter, Student ID card, i have the login to her portal so i downloaded her class schedule for the current term and added that also.

Hi guys, my wife got this response from MP this morning. Yesterday, I got a correspondence letter. I’m confused as I don’t know if this is a soft landing on getting a Passport Request. Please, at what time does it take to get a P Request after a correspondence letter? Help pls as I need clarification.

Quickly put in the SOWP and get a response faster, I was in this same position before applying for SOWP sometime in July, and PPR dropped for the SOWP within five weeks.

Check under applicant information: Is your biometric number, date of biometrics and expiry date reflecting on your profile?

Hello gurus in the house,

I arrived in Canada in January 2022, we applied for a visiting visa for my husband and daughter in January but this was refused in February.

Another application for Open Work Permit and visiting visa was submitted in February, we noticed eligibility started today for the OWP but the Visiting visa for my daughter was denied today with reason - ''the purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application''. My daughter will be 5 in December. Do we need to apply for a study visa for her?

I must also add that we submitted a Visiting Visa application in June for my husband and daughter because he will be on vacation in August, the visiting visas application are still active.

* Spouse's home ties (family and business)
* Upfront medicals (for all 3)
* POF (business acct, personal acct, my GIC, student acct statement)
* Proof of relationship (wedding pictures, wedding certificate)
* My docs (letter of authorization, student ID, enrolment letter, SIN, study permit
* Spouse's IELTS (was available, so why not)
* Spouse's police cert
* Spouse's SOP
* Covid 19 vaccination

Basically the same as SOWP, but the SOP was phrased differently and travel consent for the kids.

Please, who knows the procedure for sending passports for a parent and 2 kids to Abuja?

Not as hard as you're describing it. Someone did it recently. And there was no issue. All u need do is inform Immigration officer at Canada border u Wana flagpole ,they'll direct you to the right place, and if it's not possible they'll tell you right away, obviously you still have you Visitor's permit or any other legal permit Valid.
Immigration officers will tell you what to do, so you're not gonna fall in any " no man's land" 1, 2 ,3 , 4 5 etc people have done it successfully. If you know anyone who was caught in no man's land, pls tell the person to come explain himself here, and no speculations.

if u dont qualify to be in / visit the USA you obviously would be unadmissible to the USA.
Hence it is paramount one checks his/her admission status to USA before embarking on that journey

Hello Gurus, I am presently unable to upload my proof of fund doc as it is 3.5mb. I intended submitting two bank statement (2.1mb and 1.4mb). Is there anyway around it to upload. It is important to note that compressing below this size would not make the pdf's clear enough.

I read about webform but do not know the process around it or uploading on the consent column. I really need an honest opinion as I'm really lost as we speak
