Satellite TV TechnologyRe: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by PrinceCEE(m): 1:57am On Jan 11, 2020
Hello!

Please I need candid advice on the best choice and also the the budget from the inverter to the installation cost.

I need a setup that'd last me for the whole day, given the power consumptions.

1. 4 laptops
2. One 32inch led tv
3. Three ceiling fans.
4. 5 energy saving bulbs
5. Home theatre
6. AC
7. Mid size refrigerator

I would want both the inverter and solar together. So what's gonna be the likely configuration and budget?

You people clearly don't understand this...

For those asking why '19 wasn't manipulated to 1999, that's a fuckin' many years difference. But for '20, anybody could easily modify it to 2019, 2018, 2021 and the rest, because they're quite close to 2020.

Inasmuch as it appears less sensible, it's quite one of the best advice I've had this year!

I quite frankly started JavaScript less than half a month ago but I think this should be done by writing a code that checks if x(the number)%2 =1. The proper semantics to do this isn't in my scope currently though but soon enough! Correct me if I'm wrong
Lol...

Truth is, not everybody needs mathematics to be better programmers, but when you want to take programming to a whole new level, then you'd be needing mathematics and algorithms.

For prime numbers, you'll have to iterate through the numbers less than or equal to half the number, and check if they divide the number.

So, Using javascript

let isPrime = false;
let num = x; //choose the number yourself
for(let i = 1; i < Math.floor(x/2); i++) { //you can still use parseInt(x/2), it casts it to an integer
if(x % i == 0) {
isPrime = true;
break;
}
}

You can try and run this code. I didn't run it, 'cause I just typed with my phone.

I was talking about how women react to being treated badly in the future in the other thread, and most of the people advising her to 'endure' almost jumped me. They claimed I should be advising women to stand up for themselves and yapped about how women had a 'choice'. And here they are saying the exact opposite, confirming what I said initially.

Nigerian women will always be at a disadvantage, no matter how much we try to deny it.

This poster is being abused emotionally by her husband and yet the society expects her to stay. How do you think she will react in the future when she finally becomes a mother and the husband becomes 'nice'. When she realises she now has all the power over her abuser and doesn't have to cower because she now has 'a place' in his home?

Of course she's not thinking 'revenge' now, but she's feeling the resentment and she's feeling helpless about her situation. I doubt if she's going to wave a hand and forget all she's going through now in the future, and live happily ever after with her husband.

When she starts reacting, the man will claim his wife has changed, and these fake people here will support him.

What a joke!
This place has been quite irritating to me these days, but I had to log in to like your post.

You're smart!

Woow... Thats very good. Keep it on bro. These are the kind of things we need to boost our technology.

Unfortunately most gurus are after the financial aspect. If you tell the gurus to come together and build something, they will first ask you Whats in it for them to gain. I dont blame them either, because one have to put food on his table also. So, one of the solution is to sanitize our higher institution and have more practical curriculum. Our final year projects in school be a useful product and a solution to problems, not direct repitition of past project and something to be dumped in the school store.

Long time ago, I did a project for a final year student and to my surprise, the supervisor was so thrilled that he called me to do extra 10 pcs for him. I am not boosting but this is to challenge both the school system and the students out there on what is expected of them.

I work, learn and doing research myself also. I could help by answering questions on embedded systems both hardware and software in my little capacity.
Are you Ibadan based, Sir?

PoliticsRe: INEC Received N1.47 Billion For Servers Ahead Of 2019 Election - Premium Times by PrinceCEE(m): 12:40pm On Jun 19, 2019
bus1:
This 'server' issue came into being due to FAILURE SYNDROME which atiku & supporters are suffering from, where the losing entity clings at illusions and shadows in a futile hope that the impossible will happen and the situation will be reversed.

In a few months, it will all die down finally.

INEC deals with huge amounts of information and voter data across thousands of polling units in hundreds of local govts.
All these info are stored on servers.

What INEC is simply saying is that they don't have a server where voting results were transmitted electronically to during the elections.

And because atiku's petition rests SOLELY on the imaginary notion that such a server exists, that is why any one with a brain knows that atiku's petition was dead from the word go.
You're actually ignorantly contradicting yourself.

Many people don't even know what a server is or the intricacies in maintaining it.

What's data?

If information or people's data are being stored to the server, why wouldn't inec store the election results with the same server?

Or is the database system only meant for storing the voter's information?

Very good response time. Some time people come here to ask for solution and when they get it they just walk away to go and drink tombo, they don't even borther to give feed back.
As for the problem you presented though you said the pressure is not much which is relative and cannot be quantified. Talking from experience the barbers will run their clippers several times on the scalp and the ajebos will feel pain but people like us, the ajekpakos will not feel pain and may call it mild for the same amount of pressure. But the essential thing is that each time the clippers run over the scalp it sweeps away the blood from under the skin and the 'refil' is slow and incomplete. When it is incomplete the tissues under the skin will lack oxygen. Insuficient oxygen under the skin can cause pain and every other sensation you are having.
You can imagine a woman who plaits her hair (or "tie dia head"wink and it is very thight they have the same pain and the same explanation holds because there is constriction of blood flow under the scalp and oxygen deficit.
I hope this explanation is scientific and good enough for now until the gurus (google) can disprove it.
Yeah, it's quite logical. Thanks so much for the time.

Does the clippers press down on the skin(scalp)? After the haircut does the remnant of hair need combing or it is due for combing after days or weeks.?
After the haircut, combing is possible after like a week or more.

ProgrammingRe: Best Back End Programming Language by PrinceCEE(m): 1:31pm On Jun 03, 2019
CreativeJerry:
Guys good morning, I really want to know the best back end programming language you know. I only code php for the back end. Please if you know any other better php let me know.
Php is good with the introduction of the laravel framework, though I've not used it but it has a robust community.

Javascript, to me is the best. May be for the preference I've for Javascript being used mainly as a web language, without having to drift between two languages, to make a website. But then, the Nodejs ecosystem is booming and very robust. The express framework makes routing and many heavy things, like authentication, session, cookies and templating, very easy. Nodejs Api went too low level, and if you're proficient in C++, you can add on to its functionality, maybe you can contribute to the community.

Python is also good. The Django framework is very much as robust as Nodejs.

But then, I'll always stick with Nodejs. To me, I prefer it to others.

That's what I'm specifically into.

I really need this, I've been having issues with finance. I lost a large chunk and since then, it's been hell. We can start from somewhere.

No 1: y = tan2x

y' = 2sec²2x

But from trigonometry, sec²x = 1 + tan²x
Hence sec²2x = 1 + tan²2x

==> y' = 2(1 + tan²2x)
y' = 2(1 + y²)

Follow same step for no2
