It's better to get a 100L transcript and apply for English-taught courses. German education is already hard on its own, now add the burden of learning with a new language.

There are scholarships for undergrad but mostly for those who have already done two or more semesters in Germany....The normal undergrad scholarship is not as much as masters scholarship....If u can, try and get the block account money or get SL because robotics can take u places in that country. ..I love robotics but I don't have any previous knowledge in engineering so am a bit scared of it!

Do a window restore, and you said update manually did you download the driver online to a folder on your laptop?

I don't usually advice people to update or download drivers online but if they must do it, it's advice able you read reviews first before you update because some drivers always come with bugs.

Kindly give us the steps you took to update your graphics card driver. Did you do it through device manager or...

Second,
The only thing you can do right now is to roll back your PC to its former state (when the drivers were not installed).
