Slayer2: Guy only a double cell lasts that long. No normal battery they last reach like that guy. If you want to buy laptop from him. Buy. Get double cell to back up your battery that's all. How do I get a double cell? The dell xps 15 and Samsung notebook 9 last that long. So I know what I'm saying. |

Slayer2: If yall need 12 hours battery. Buy a double cell. My double cell battery lasts 9 hours. Why I'm saying this is because I want to buy a laptop that can last Atleast 8hrs from him. So if he could give me the assurance that the laptop will last that much time, then I'll buy. I'm mostly not the gaming type, so I just do CAD designs, programming and reading. So I'll need a high spec laptop with a top notch battery life. |

The OP is getting things wrong here. He seems not to understand that we're trying to help him in that aspect. Of a truth, his laptops are beasts, I must say. But what I'm tryna say is that he should probably test run the product to know the exact battery life on average usage. Everybody knows that the battery life depends on usage. |

Nsonaso: Well I can't tell, search online about the model that's what the manufacturer wrote. You can also see the 12hrs sticker on the top right corner.
Am not the 1 placed the sticker there...
For pickup when you're ready chat me up This is where you lack business ability. Laptops of this specs are mostly used for programming and other graphic editing. Even if I wanted to buy this, I won't because the person selling it doesn't even know what he's selling. How can I refer my friends and colleagues to buy from you, if after you promised me 12hrs of battery life and to be met with 3hrs battery life? |

Believe me, you're going to face both emotional and physical stress. You have your choice. Thanks for your concern, though it was sarcasm taken too far. I'll cope |

I believe that, not only me, but others viewing and that would probably view later, will learn from this thread. I'm happy that it made front page, at least, the mods wanted the best answers for me. I appreciate so much! As a matter of fact, I think I should be doing it 'cause I think I've the resources to go along with it. I've the mental strength and also an indefatigable spirit. By 400L in my current university, I'd probably not be able to drop below 1st class and I'd not invest much time in my 100L in the new school as I already know the 100L stuffs, so it wouldn't weigh down on me academically. Also, the two schools can't be writing exams same time, but tests might clash. The only time, it'd weigh more on me is in my 500L and 200L respectively, but I believe I'll scale through. Thanks to everyone that contributed in one way or the other, even those that advised me to hustle for money , I'm into online businesses already. So I wouldn't lose out in the business world because of my academics. |

Just make your findings well and strive towards achieving the best in your plans. Some people hustle with academics, some hustle at Alaba. We can't all go the same path. I wish you the best. So encouraging Ma'am. Thanks! |

Now tell us the justification for the lies you are perpetrating here. I'm not suprised a mediocre like you could hardly exercise good judgment or think outside the box.

[s]But there's 99% probability you will fail both here in Nigeria.[/s] Well, I don't think you're right. Maybe 1% probability of failing any. I'm on a first class in my current school now. I'll have to write jamb next year and probably get into the new school and start 100L whilst I'll be in 400L in my current school. I'll be having a 6months compulsory IT in 400L, giving me more ample time for basic attendance in my new school. Thanks anyway. |

See you at the top Thanks bro, I appreciate |

My intended course of study is Physics and I'd like to major in theoretical physics just as much as I'd like to major in Robotics which is a definite branch of engineering which blends the disciplines of mechanical, electrical and computer engineering which is majorly why I'm studying mechanical engineering. Elon Musk did dual degree simultaneously, though not in Nigeria , so I'm hoping that such could be replicated in Nigeria. |

Can a Nigerian student who has already been admitted to a Nigerian federal university and probably in his second year of study be able to be admitted for another degree program for a different course of study in another university in Nigeria and then run the two programs simultaneously?
On a more specific note, I'm a mechanical engineering student of a federal university and I want to enrol for another degree program which I plan on rounding up at exactly two years after my mechanical engineering degree as I'm currently in my 2nd year of study. So that I'll be in 300L and 100L respectively in two different universities and different programs as well.
Please, I need well elaborate answers from well meaning nairalanders. Thanks... |

baum1: Good luck with your plan. Just don't go too wide.
Ask those who came close what they would have done if they were to start all over again.
BEd is tough. Take courses from science and then take from education, not easy.
When you achieve your aim, send me an email again. With a first class in math edu, and the help of the Lord, I can place you into a university of your choice. Think Harvard, Oxford, Cambridge, MIT. And yes, I mean it.
So, go fight like a lion and achieve your goals. What about a first class in mechanical engineering? |

How long will it take us to realize that God is dead. jesus went back to heaven and overthrew God the father and he was equally overthrown by God the holy spirit but being that the father and the son is dead, the holly spirit had no physical body through which he can carry out his will so the angels disobeyed him and supported angel michaels takeover the heavens. But lucifer defeated them all using the fallen angels and minions from hell and he lucifer now seat on the throne as our lord, God and saviour. for ever and ever. Your foolishness is First Class...
