Let me give u a run down. The prices of food will reflect daily realities.
Take for instance, let say I offer a service for 50k and in 2024, I could afford a luxury of 100k to treat my self. Then suddently that same luxury is now 150k this year due to their own operational issues, taxes, etc.
Now, i will also need to increase my own price to maybe 80k to be able to meet the new price of the luxury item.
This is how pricing works. The farm product sellers also have other costs to cover: children school fee, crazy house rent, monster fueling of generator to power both home and businesses daily, monstar transportation fee, etc. The only way they can be able to afford their needs which they need to purchase is by increasing their own prices.
U cant expect me to keep selling 50k for my service when what I could afford with that 50k before is now 150k.
Price will go down when fuel goes down. Fuel controls the economy. It is expensive right now. And dollar is high. Witjout these two going down, nothing will ever go down.
Go and see how much private shcools are calling. Basic private schools o. If govt had reliable govt school, that would have saved millions of average Nigerians the money spent on private schools.

Exactly, it was a clear fowl. The ref made a mistake which I believe was due to pressure. I dont think he has handled such magnitutude of match before. There were lots of top celebrities at the stadium and strong personalities too.
Since he disallwed the Senegalese goal, he should have also ignored the penalty. His human intelligence should have told him to do that. The senegalese goal, there was this infrignment by the two players and honestly, in most cases, they are blown for a free kick. This ref just failed to apply wisdom when it mattered most

The law is any touch down in the box is a penalty. The Senegal goal was disallowed because there was a push before the goal and the player who made the push was who scored.
The ref did no wrong on both calls but he could have forgiven the late penalty since both teams were already entering extra time. Were the calls right? Yes, it is in FIFA rule. They were soft calls but valid and he had the choice of saying Yes or No to both calls.

Senegal goal, there was a push. That push inside box 18, ref was to bow. It is normal.
The penal was also a good call becus there was a drag down in the box. But the ref could have simply refused the penalty since the game was almost at extra time. The both calls were soft and he could have maintained that. He lost his emotional control. But did he do wrong? No. They were valid calls but soft too.

Well, Senegal fell for this. That was pure pulling down. But if I be ref, I would have cancelled the penalty. It was almost over. Let the team fight on extral time. But was it a penalty? Yes.
