That money came from the hustling southern Nigerias, mainly. They hustled and used these platforms for many things and these platforms took tax and gave Nigerian govt. As we run ad, tax are taken from us and given to Nigerian politicians who in turn, use it to buy properties, carry women and waste it.
As we are going into tax driven economy, I like it. At least, Nigerians may actually get more angry when they see how useless their politicians are in wasting their tax money.
Each time I suffered and do software gigs for clients abroad, tax is taken from my sweat and sent to Nigerian govt. Yet, I have to install solar for electricity, dig bore hole for water, pay for security in our estate for protection, handle waste bin my self! Drive my car on terrible roads that keep damaging my car legs. There is nothing Nigerian politicains do for Nigerians. Nothing.

One of the most controversial issues in this Tax Reform Bill is that 60% of VAT to be shared by states will be given to the state it was collected from, It seems by this it will only favour mostly Lagos and Rivers State to the detriment of the Northern states who are collecting more VAT based on population.

Here is my concern, Lagos state was deliberately made the commercial headquaters of the Nation to the detriment of other states the more reason it collects more taxes.

Practically, All the cars entering the country pays their tax to only Lagos state. Even the cars to be used in Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Delta and Cross River states. Now this is not fair to these states as they have their own seaports but cars are not entering them, the taxes they are supposed to get as a state goes to Lagos state.

Also, Telecom companies pay their VAT in Lagos because their headquaters are located in Lagos, If this new bill is passed, that is no longer fair to all other states where the Telcom companies operate. Telcom companies should now start paying VAT to each state they operate as you can no longer rob Peter to pay Paul.

Oil companies have their headquaters located in Lagos while they operate in different states especially in the Niger Delta. This will no longer be fair if the bill is passed becaused those states where the oil companies operate will start demanding that the oil companies pay thier VAT in those states they operate.

The truth is this bill if passed, is seriously going to open litany of issues which I dont think at the moment the bill captured or resolved it.

Another worrisome dimension, this may prompt the oil producing states to start demanding for 60% of the oil revenues from their respective states, once this happens, chaos will reign supreme in the country.

We have to move forward. It is okay. I don't like BAT and I know that he does not do anything that will not favour Lagos. So, surely the bil will favour Lagos. But it is a good start. From here, other issues can start. We need to dismantle the structure of Nigeria abeg. It is not working.
We need pure and true federalism. Nigeria is too large to be operating unitary federalism. Let to litigation start. All states go and hustle.

Aside from that, there are Three Issues here, that most people praising Ukraine now, are not aware of:

1) Ukraine has a very limited amount of these long Range Missiles (ATACMS) and they will soon run out of it.
Russia on the other hand, has a Pile of Hypersonic Missiles of various types that can reach and burn anywhere in Ukraine.

2) The "Approval" given to Ukraine by America, is a LIMITED ONE, and it is to use the ATACMS against Russia border regions ONLY and in Kursk.
Why is that?
- The Maximum Range of these Missiles, are just about 300Km, it wont even go much into Russian heartland.

- America has a shortage of the ATACMS Missiles.
Infact, General Loyd Austin (American equivalent of our COAS), told Zelensky last week that "The US has an obligation, first and foremost, to its Clients who have paid for these Missiles in advance and would supply them to those Client first, before considering Ukraine!".

- He also said that America cannot deplete its own stock of Missiles, just to satisfy Ukraine because that would put American Security in jeopardy.
- So, America will not supply additional ATACMS to Ukraine, Trump is taking Office soon and wont approve additional Supply, so what happens, when the few ATACMS Ukraine was given, runs out?
Meanwhile, Russia is rolling out Supersonic Missiles, at an alarming rate, not to mention its Drone production, which even EU Generals have said is "shocking".

3) Russia has been expecting that "Genocide Joe" will give this "ATACMS approval" very soon, for some time now and has moved all its Weapons Storage, Attack Planes and Helicopters, all strategic Assets..... out of the range of the ATACMS Missile, which is just about 300Km.

- Gen. Loyd Austin told Zelensky this, arguing that using ATACMS now, will not give Ukraine any "strategic advantage" in the War.
If anyone is in-doubt about this, let them provide any Video from any source, that shows the damage the Six ATACMS that Ukraine fired, damaging any Significant Russian Military Asset.

At best, Zelensky will kill a few Russians and damage a few buildings, in the border Region and maybe hold unto Kursk, the Russian border City, for a little longer, since they are being encircled already. Then he would fold.
He doesn't even have the ManPower (Soldiers) to pursue this War anymore.
His Soldiers are poorly trained Conscripts, forcefully snatched on the Streets and they are deserting or surrendering in droves.

What l am more worried about, is what the Russian Response to this attack, will be.
A lot of Ukrainians will "freeze-to-kpai" this Winter, because Russia will attack their Energy Infrastructure so badly.

As for the Russian and Ukraine crises, the aim of the American elites was to cripple russia, make them not have the power to fight in a long term, cripple their economy, cause civic unrest via protest with the main aim to break the country into smaller and weaker nations.
