Toure's case is different bro. When Guardiola first came to city, Toure was overweight, same with Nasri. So pep gave them a special training drill to loose weight. There was no problem with Toure, until his agent Seluk caused trouble with his rantings. Then pep said if Toure's agent don't appologise to the club, Toure wasn't gonna play again.

There was no animosity between Pep and Toure before.

And as for you saying he never believed in Toure until he scored 2 goals, that sounds ridiculous. You forgot he used Toure at Barcelona, so he knows the quality of Yaya. Toure only left Barcelona because Pep used Bosquets more. Which is understandable.

Please always dig up facts before you conclude on issues. Don't always be Prejudicial in your judgements.

He's far better Dan Iheanacho

No mind that xenophobe. Because Gabriel Jesus is not from Nigeria. Talking about goals, na all dose tap in from 5 yards wey Iheanacho dey score be goals.

Of all the goals Iheanacho has scored for Mancity first team, how many was scored from outside the 18 yard box? How many are solo goals? None! Person go tap into empty net una go say na great player.

Try watch YouTube videos of Jesus for Palmerias and Brazil, you can't compare that guys potential with Iheanacho's.

Guardiola hating on African players? How?
Is Toure not an African player? Do you know how many matches Iheanacho has played this season for Mancity? Even in some games when Aguero was fit and ready to play, he had to be on the bench for Iheanacho to play.

How many coaches in big clubs can start a striker like Iheanacho in an Epl or Champions League game? A mediocre player at that.

Will Iheanacho even make the bench at Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool or Tottenham? Tell yourself the truth man. To me, Guardiola is being so nice to Iheanacho. Because he is a coach who believes in young upcoming players.

The truth is, Iheanacho doesn't have the quality to even make the Manchester City bench for Epl games. He is overrated.

As for Manchester City sacking Guardiola, you can only wish!!

Sports / Ugbade: Gabriel Jesus Not Better Than Iheanacho by Princefrankie1(m): 10:09am On Feb 10, 2017
By Richard Jideaka, Abuja:

Former Nigeria defender and ex-assistant
coach of the Nigeria U-17 World Cup winning
team, Nduka Ugbade does not believe that
Gabriel Jesus is better than Kelechi
Iheanacho at Manchester
City, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.

Reacting to the relegation of the Nigerian
youth sensation to just a squad player at
English Premier League side, Manchester
City, Ugbade claims that Iheanacho has
scored better goals than what Jesus has
done for the Citizens

"I don't think Iheanacho was justly dropped
from recent match day squad because of
poor form, but because coach Pep Guardiola
does not like the young Nigerian. I don't
think Gabriel Jesus who is the rave in
Manchester now is better than Iheanacho,"
the former Reno Stars coach
tells Completesportsnigeria.com .

"What Gabriel is doing now for Man City
scoring goals, has been done previously by
Iheanacho. Given equal opportunity, the
young Nigerian is a better player and I
strongly believe that he will get better."

Asked if it will be wise for Iheanacho to
change club and have more playing time,
Ugbade advises, "I want Kelechi to fight for
his place in the team to the end of the
season after and see if the situation will
remain unchanged."

Ugbade stresses that Iheanacho has the
potential to become a big player with time,
that he just needs playing time to develop
his game.

Sports / Mourinho: Chelsea Win Because They Are A Defensive Team by Princefrankie1(m): 7:28am On Dec 23, 2016
DEFENSIVE CHELSEA TOUGH TO
CATCH, ADMITS MOURINHO

The Blues have a formidable record at the
back, and with 11 wins out of 11 recently the
Special One admits that they are favourites
to lift the title.

Jose Mourinho says it will be tough for
Manchester United to make up the ground to
Chelsea in the Premier League due to the
leaders' defensive approach to matches.

Antonio Conte's side are six points clear at
the top of the table after 17 matches, and 13
ahead of United, having won all of their last
11 games.

Four of their last six wins have come
courtesy of a 1-0 scoreline, while they have
kept nine clean sheets since their 3-0 defeat
to Arsenal at Emirates Stadium in September.

And Mourinho believes Chelsea's proclivity to
defend leads means they are unlikely to drop
too many points between now and May.

"You have to be honest and say that is very difficult," he told Sky Sports when asked if
United could still win the title. "It's not just
the difference in points, it's also the Chelsea
philosophy of playing.

"They score one goal and they win. They
defend a lot. They defend well. They are
winning and, in the last 20 minutes, they
bring defenders in.

"They don't care what people say, what
people think. They just want to win. And,
because of that, I don't see them losing
many points."

Mourinho's side have come through a
difficult spell by claiming four straight wins in
all competitions, while a 2-1 reverse to
Fenerbahce in the Europa League is their
only defeat since a 4-0 humbling by Chelsea
in October.

With United showing signs of a more
attacking approach under Mourinho and with
four trophies still up for grabs, Mourinho is
confident that 2017 will be positive for fans
at Old Trafford.

He added: "2017 will be better than 2016. I
think we are really together. There is a sense
of unity between us and the fans. I'm loving
a lot that feeling."

Sports / Jose Mourinho: Man Utd Will Be Champions, This Year Or Next Year. by Princefrankie1(m): 8:45am On Dec 03, 2016
Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho:
"THE DESTINATION FOR US IS TO BE CHAMPIONS."

Jose Mourinho insists he is building a title-winning side at Manchester United even if results this season suggest otherwise.

United have slipped 11 points behind leaders
Chelsea after their worst-ever start in the
Premier League era, with just 20 points from 13
games.

That poor run has seen United drop eight points in their last four home games in the Premier League, to effectively end any hope of
Mourinho winning the title in his debut season.

But Mourinho believes he has seen enough
progress in four months to convince him he has
the nucleus of a squad capable of delivering
United’s first title of the post- Sir Alex
Ferguson era.

“When I was speaking about destinations, I
think the destination for us is to be
champions,” said Mourinho.
“Maybe not this year, maybe we cannot do it. I
don’t know. In football, anything is possible, but
maybe we don’t do it.

“There’s a gap between us and the top of the
table but the destination is for us to be
champions. I don’t know when.

“Maybe next year, maybe this year, maybe in
two years’ time, maybe when I’m not here and
somebody else comes. But if we follow this direction, the destination is to be champions.
grin cheesy undecided

“Sometimes you win matches and you don’t
know the destination, you don’t know how the
future is going to be. Now, in our group, we
know the destination.”

What do you think football fans?
Is this man being reasonable or is he just finding excuses for his failure to deliver despite having the biggest and costliest squad in the whole of Europe.

Please mods push this to front page lets discuss football before the weekend games begin to go down. cool

The way you reason is something else. In your workplace, do all of you earn the same salaries? Do you have dispatch riders, security guards, cleaners, messengers, gate-keepers at all? Why don't your management offer them "good offers" all this while? Can you tell me categorically that all of you who are working in the office are better than them? Answer these questions in all sincerity and tell me if you couldn't see the hole in your argument.

Secondly, how many of those who are earning the so-called N18k minimum wage have resigned their jobs? Are you aware that more than 1million people actually applied for this job despite knowing that the salary is mere N30k according to you.

The problem is that most of you will be talking as if you've not been living in Nigeria or you were living in paradise before the advent of this administration.

Don't mind them bro..
I don't know who they are trying to deceive. Every body is now claiming "I was rich before Buhari came"

Fellow Nairalanders, please I need your advice on this persistent problem weighing me down for atleast 2 years now. I am a guy in my early twenties and I have been having this recurring pimples (Specifically cyst acne) on my face, majorly my chin and jaw line.

Sometimes it stops for like 1 week, then it starts appearing again. Red big and painful. Leaving me with scars when gone.

I have used oral and topical antibiotics, I have used natural treatments like Tomato and lemon juices. I take lots of water, I exercise a lot, yet it still persists.

I know this has happened and still happens to some people around the world, and people have succeeded in solving this problem before, please I need some very effective and reliable remedy to put this in check once and for all.
