News feed is the only reason I log on to Facebook every now and then. It is the easiest way to be up to date with recent events. Liking pages like CNN, BBC, Mirror.co.uk, Telegraph, Guardian, Goal.com, Espn, Sacasm, Men's health, and so many others was the best way to get the latest information on sports, lifestyle, politics and every other relevant information. Recently I noticed some changes. I can't find the posts of my liked pages, rather I keep seeing pictures and updates of friends, and mutual friends. No way! If this continues, then Facebook will be useless to me. Because I am not the guy for pictures, I don't even upload. I just go there for the information. 51 Likes 1 Share |

makydebbie: Not at all. You didn't read the whole article. You would have understood better. That was the doctor telling the PE patients. It's just a therapy to make them relax and feel normal about themselves. The truth is, 1 out of 3 men are suffering from that mostly due to anxiety and self induced believe that has reconfigured their nervous system. The surest and parmanent cure is what has been explained in that article by doctors. It's all in the mind. The moment you suffer Premature Ejaculation once or twice, the fear sets in and if you don't discard that fear, it becomes recurrent. It's a confident issue. Before you go down, you begin to have this fear of "Before I bang 2 minutes now, this thing will sweet me again and I will pour" and that's it. The moment that thought comes into your mind, you find yourself ejaculating almost immediately. That's why most men continue to suffer from PE. And that's why some suffer from erectile dysfunction. Because due to fear of coming so quickly, they try to distract their minds from the pleasure, consequently, the d**ck becomes flacid mid-intercourse. All what I am trying to explain is that most of these problems we guys encounter, like PE, ED, are most times occurring in our minds, and not our organs. That's why the doctor admonishes that they are normal, to try reset and recondition their minds. And once they begin to believe that nothing is wrong with them physically or health-wise, that will be the beginning of their rehabilitation. 5 Likes 2 Shares |

I wish most men would read this and free themselves from the pressure of lasting longer in bed. Because that's the only parmanent cure to the problem of PE. It's a long read, but it's worth it. Romance / The Surprising Truth About Premature Ejaculation by Princefrankie1(m): 8:07am On Jan 14, 2018 |
BY JOHN SCOTT LEWINSKI https://www.menshealth.com/sex-women/premature-ejaculation Whether it’s Hot lions on the Serengeti, red deer in heat on the Island of Rum, or snow monkeys humping on Mount Fuji, every species of mammal seems to share a common sexual practice. Intercourse is stunningly quick. The males thrust and growl just long enough to satisfy instinct and make delivery before withdrawing and heading back to hunting, running, or sleeping. The only mammals who work to extend sexual congress for longer periods purely for the sake of pleasure are humans. That’s right, guys like you and me. And when we’re not able to hold off on our orgasms, ejaculating quicker than our partners might enjoy, we blame ourselves. According to the Mayo Clinic, premature ejaculation curses one in three men nationally. That’s about 50 million anxiety-riddled guys thinking about baseball, or starting and stopping endlessly just to hold it together. Every time a guy has an orgasm quicker than he or his lady might have wanted, he feels like a failure. But what if he’s wrong? What if the exact opposite is true? “Only in human society is fast orgasm undesirable,” says Dr. Brian Steixner, M.D., Director of the Institute of Men’s Health at Jersey Urology Group in Atlantic City. “If we all had fifteen inch joysticks and could last two hours like porn stars, we would never have kids and our species wouldn't survive. Lasting 10 seconds means more chances of kids—more offspring. Our species endures.” Dr. Steixner explains that a man’s ability to become aroused, stimulate and ejaculate quickly grew out of the darkest periods of human evolution, when we were under constant threat from predators, rival tribes, the elements, and everything else we’ve more or less conquered these days. Unfortunately, male physiognomy didn’t get the memo yet that our modern bedrooms are generally free of saber tooth tigers, so it’s OK to relax and enjoy sex a little longer. “PE is far and away the most common male sexual dysfunction I see in my practice,” Dr. Steixner admits. “It’s also the most tragic. It trumps erectile dysfunction exponentially and is more difficult to treat, because men’s expectations for performance are impossible.” Dr. Landon Trost, M.D., a urologist and Head of Andrology and Male Infertility at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, says the average “normal” American man lasts 13 minutes. Europeans only last 10, and the always-efficient Germans just 7 minutes. “Every day I have to consider how to tell some [PE patients] that they don’t really have a problem,” Dr. Trost says. The really serious cases—guys who can only last less than one minute, have “higher rates of depression and experienced bedwetting,” says Dr. Trost. “Those cases are pathological, but that’s only 1% of the instances we see.” Dr. Steixner says he regularly meets with patients desperate to be “cured.” He tells those guys that their condition is normal. In fact, evolution says PE sufferers are actually more evolved than other men. But that doesn’t solve much. “I don’t expect that me saying, ‘Congratulations. You’re evolutionally superior. You’re the strongest wolf in the forest’ helps at all. Our society says we need to perform, so I offer treatment options.” Options like muscle development to delay climax—a form of pelvic floor training that are basically Kegel exercises for men. But Dr. Steixner reports most men won’t commit to such a program because of desperation. They want a quick fix. Most of the quick fixes aren’t especially tempting, ranging from numbing topical sprays to Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors—pills usually prescribed for depression and anxiety, but with the common side effect of prohibiting or delaying orgasm—to, scariest of all, surgery that cuts nerves on the penis to deaden sensation and allow a man to last longer. There’s another, less invasive option: Learn to realize that your ejaculations are functions of the nervous system. It’s largely out of your deliberate control. A pill like Viagra might temporarily “cure” erectile dysfunction, but there’s no 100% effective medical treatment for a bodily operation that’s working not only properly, but too efficiently. If a man can’t forgive his own evolved biology and his partner is unwilling to accept that he’s simply not going to roll for an hour, it might time to consult a different kind of doctor. Dr. Claudia Ressel-Hodan, Psy.D., is a St. Petersburg, Florida-based cognitive and behavioral therapist working with men and couples across the country. She says that a man experiencing PE needs to explore the origins of his anxiety. “Is the man comparing himself to what he has seen in porn movies?” she asks. “Or has his partner imposed some unrealistic expectation?” Decreasing the anxiety often means developing realistic beliefs and expectations. “I have couples focus not on intercourse but rather pleasuring each other,” Dr. Ressel-Hodan says. This means both partners learning that sexual pleasure can occur even without an erect penis inside a vagina. When the whole show doesn’t depend on your penis, it takes some of the pressure off. “The anxiety is then decreased because the fear of not meeting an expectation that was unrealistic is gone,” Dr. Ressel-Hodan says. And when there are no more expectations, you just might find that little problem starts to disappear all on its own. “Without anxiety, better control is obtained,” Dr. Ressel-Hodan says. Dr. Trost employs similar methods, and reports between 45% to 98% success combating PE over the short term. The key is letting guys figure out on their own that difficult truth Dr. Trost wants to tell every PE patient during his first appointment with them: “There’s nothing wrong with you, man. That’s just how you’re supposed to work.” 1 Like |

ncoolsome: I said "defensive minded." It doesn't necessarily mean a defensive minded player is a defender by position or definition. A midfielder can be defensive minded. Eg, Bakayoko and Kante. They offer nothing going forward. As for Moses and Alonso, check their heat maps after a game, you find them more in defensive positions, so in this 3-5-2 structure, they are "defensive minded." That's my point. Finally, you are opining that Pedro, Hazard, William should all start in an attacking 433 formation. I think we both have our thoughts aligned here. You just didn't understand my argument initially. |

This is why I laugh at anybody who thinks Manchester City might lose the league this season. You look at the teams you expect to put pressure on them and they are very inconsistent. They can't even win 5 on the bounce. Drawing games they should easily win because of bad tactical decisions by the coaches. You have drinkwater on the bench who can launch a 40yard pass, yet Bakayoko plays 90minutes. You sacrifice your best attacking players in Pedro and William, just because you want to be more compact in midfield by playing two defensive midfielders who have no creativity, vision nor penetration. Against who? Leicester City. Not Manchester City, not Barcelona, not Real Madrid, not Bayern Munich. But Leicester City with a Wilfred Ndidi in the middle. And you wonder why the games are ending in zero's. Check the last 5 matches. I like Conte, he is a good coach, but some of his decisions leave me agape. You complain you don't have enough players, but the ones you have you can't use them. Christensen, Rudiger, Azpilicueta, Alonso, Moses, Kante and Bakayoko are all defensive minded players. That is a whooping total of 7 players. Leaving just Hazard and Morata up front. How can you score goals with such a formation? Check the total number of goals Chelsea have scored this season in all competitions and you will know what I mean. It's really abysmal for a team of Chelsea's caliber. With quality attacking players such as Williams, Hazard, Pedro, Morata, this team should be scoring lots of goals if the set up is right. 13 Likes |

Not because there is a very special function your Samsung can carry out that my CX can't. They are both running on the Android OS. The worst part is that you don't even know half the functionality of the phone you are using. You just make calls and browse Nairaland, yet you want to form techy. We humans have to learn how to live and let live. You don't like Tecno because of the brand, fine. But why don't you just ignore this thread which is specifically created for Tecno users? Must you come here to ridicule the product and the users? You prefer Samsung and iPhone, use it. I prefer Tecno, yeah I do. My camon CX has a very nice camera that can compete or better your Samsung and iPhone, it has a very long lasting battery life, better than your Samsung and iPhone, it has a very good processing power and I can run my apps smoothly without lags, finally and most significantly, it is very affordable. What else do I need in a smartphone? I mustn't spend half a million because I need to get a phone with a name to fit social status. If I find a cheaper product doing similar in terms of functionality, why not buy the latter? We have just turned the calendar again, and it's 2018. The world is getting older, so I expect inhabitants to follow suit and use their head. People should learn to stop looking down on fellow humans because of one thing or the other. We do this in all aspect of life. Even in our schools. Imagine Someone schooling at Covenant will look down on someone at Unizik. Then someone at Unizik denigrates someone at Abraka. Someone at Abraka also belittles someone at a polytechnic. Someone using Mercedes will see a Lexus user as low class, Someone using Samsung will also want to ridicule some other person using Tecno. For God's sake why are we like this? Must we look down on people to feel good about ourselves? Why not live and let live. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Delaw135: Virtual Soccer ⚽ I'm still paying the debts incured in the past months due to virtual soccer. In fact, my brothers and sisters have forgotten about the money i owe them, because they know I can never pay them back. At least not for now. Read my story: I had a strict pattern of play. I stake only on single game or Home score 3. And boy! it was working. I was making lots of cash. Whenever I see Manchester United vs Burnley, Arsenal vs Brighton, Chelsea vs Hudersfield, The odds are always like this Chelsea - Hudersfield 1.35_12.9 Man utd - Burnley 1.45_8.49 Arsenal - Brighton 1.45_8.49 So I stake on The big home teams to Score 3. And it plays often. But this is the problem, sometimes it stops playing and you never know when. Boy, I was a heavy staker. The odds are always 2.0 to 2.55. So I stake up to 10k to 20k on that. I was winning hugely with that strategy, but on the long run, I began to lose. My calculations weren't working anymore like I thought. I lost so much cash, and I was left in debt. The strategy still works if you wana try, but be rest assured, later on, the bookies will take back that cash and leave you in condition zero. He who has ears, let him hear. 8 Likes 1 Share |

davillian: LOL. What are the odds for that option for Manchester City? The highest they have had for that bet option is 1.17 except for when they played against the top 5 teams. Of which you wouldn't have been too confident to bet. So now, how much will you stake on an odd of 1.17 for a combined selection like Win and over? To win that bet,, they have to win, and they have to score more than a goal and yet the odd is 1.17. Smh For eg, if you stake that game with a 100grand, that gives you 117, 000. 17, 000 profit with a risk of a 100grand? And how sure are you they wouldn't play out a 0.0 or 1.0 the next game? Bookies work on your psychology with odds. So you see a fixture, you look at the odds, and you get scared. The odds are too small and you can't win anything reasonable with it. So you go for a riskier option with bigger odds. That's where the losses come from. Believe me bruv, the bookies have ruined football betting with low odds. That's why people lose too much by trying to accumulate. People talk about 2odds, but I tell you something, before you can have 2odds this days, you must have accumulated 3 or 4 games. Except you wana take huge risks on a single game with 2odds, which is usually very unlikely to win. So, do the maths, whichever way we approach the game, the bookies will always win. If you are winning now, they will surely take back that money you have won and leave you in debts. Even if it takes a year or two or three, at the end, the Bookies always come out victorious. As sad as that is, it is the truth and it's time people begin to acknowledge that. This is my contribution to this wonderful advise by the OP. May the turn of calendar bring us success unprecedented. Why is there so much misconception about heaven and hell? Why don't Christians read the Bible and understand that no human being here on earth is going to heaven to sing hymns and glorify the Lord till eternity. I mean is that even reasonable So if the righteous go to heaven and the wicked to hell who will now posses the earth? What was God's purpose for the earth in the first place? An exhibition ground where humans are tested and later sent to hell to burn forever? The Bible made it clear that the dead are in the grave. And nowhere else. No f**king trip to no heaven. The same Bible also documented that the righteous shall inherit the earth and live forever in it. That is God's plan and purpose for the earth's creation. So where is all this doctrines of people going to heaven coming from? NB: Show me a scripture that entails that the dead go somewhere other than the grave, and I will show you so many that says otherwise. Except maybe the Bible really is contradictory like they say. PS, I am not even Churchy. I can't remember the last time I stepped into a church. And I don't intend to, because of such false doctrines. |

There is one thing I have come to realize in life. "You can never grow or succeed when you envy people's success instead of applauding them." Before this game, Mourinho took his time in the press conference to disregard whatever thing Pep Guardiola is doing at Manchester City. Mourinho claims he is winning because he has spent so much millions particularly on full backs. See what Mourinho said here http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/manchester-city-no-spending-limits-11769645 Yet, when you look at this Manchester city team, you realize that the only players who are in the first 11 this season and wasn't there last year is WALKER and the goal keeper EDERSON . All of Kompany, Otamendi, Delph, Fernandinho, Debruyne, Silva, Sterling, Aguero has been in this club before Pep came. And that is what he is winning with. Since Pep came to Manchester City, the only players he got who starts games are the goal keeper Ederson, Sane, Walker, and sometimes Jesus. He has improved so many players and sold off the ones he felt he couldn't work with. Before this season started, no Manchester United fan would have wanted Sterling, Fernandinho, Otamendi, Delph, Mangala, in their team. And they would never have exchanged Otamendi for Bailey, Delph for Young, Sane for Martial, Sterling for Mhiky or Fernandinho for Matic. But now, they moan that City has better players and that's why Pep is winning and Mourinho is not. They have chosen to believe that Pep has bought all the best players in the world and that's why he is breaking records. In fact, anybody can win with this team. The truth is, when you are good, you are good and no amount of criticism can change that. Pep is good and no amount of hatred towards his work will change that. I don't argue with people who don't know facts, but I have heard lots of sh*** from some fact-lacking fans about Pep's Manchester City and that's why I decided to drop this. Haters never win, they never improve, they remain stagnant, because the time they would have spent working on themselves, they spend it envying others. The time Mourinho would have used to strategise, and get his players ready for this game, he used it browsing through how much Pep has spent on full backs. His obsession with Pep has landed him the sack before, and it will again. Don't be a hater, don't be like Jose, enjoy the moment. 75 Likes 11 Shares |

blues343: So Tottenham beat Real Madrid in the group stage of the Champions league and that to you shows Epl teams are stronger? I laugh at your level of ignorance. Over the past few years that Madrid won the champions league back to back, they lost to Borrusia dortmund and Wolfsburg in the group stages. It means nothing. And for your information, in the last 18 European knockout ties between Epl and Laliga teams, only one has been won by an English team. LA LIGA vs PREMIER LEAGUE IN EUROPE LAST 18 KNOCKOUT TIES 2015-16 Champions League semi-final Manchester City 0-1 Real Madrid Champions League Last-16 Arsenal 1-5 Barcelona 2014-15 Champions League last-16 Manchester City 1-3 Barcelona. 2013-14 Champions League semi-final Atletico Madrid 3-1 Chelsea Champions League last-16 Manchester City 1-4 Barcelona 2012-13 Champions League last-16 Real Madrid 3-2 Manchester United Chelsea 1-4 Atletico Madrid 2011-12 Champions League semi-final Chelsea 3-2 Barcelona Europa League last-16 Manchester United 2-3 Athletic Bilbao Europa League last-32 Stoke City 0-2 Valencia 2010-11 Champions League final Barcelona 3-1 Manchester United (one match) Champions League quarter-final Real Madrid 5-0 Tottenham Hotspur Champions League last-16 Arsenal 3-4 Barcelona 2009-10 Champions League quarter-final Arsenal 3-6 Barcelona Europa League final Atletico Madrid 2-1 Fulham (one match) Europa League semi-final Atletico Madrid 2-2 Liverpool. 2008-09 Champions League final Barcelona 2-0 Manchester United (one match) Champions League semi-final Barcelona 1-1 Chelsea* *Spanish club won on away goals This is a decade of total domination. Yet you guys come here and say what you don't know. You know nothing about football. These two leagues do not compete over anything. Anything at all. Head to head? Best players? Best teams? Most Balon dor winners and nominees? European trophies? I don't have anything against the Epl, but my problem is with people like you who conjur up myths and preach it like it's real. We all have preferences, just enjoy yours and let the others enjoy theirs. You guys should stop trying to denigrate other leagues because you think the one you watch is the best, because it's not. Sapeleboy911: You don't even understand the argument here. You say Brighton beat Manchester United, this season alone, how many smaller teams have beaten Real Madrid? Or Atletico Madrid? Or Valencia? You don't even follow other leagues, yet you make derogatory remarks about them. Just so you know, Manchester United lost to Brighton because their performance was below par, why hasn't any team beaten Manchester City since the season? Because they are performing at the highest level. So when they drop off, they will be beaten, not because the team which beat them is better, but because they failed to play well. And as for you saying Manchester City will lose, why shouldn't they? Did Barcelona under Guardiola play through the whole season unbeaten? Or the Real Madrid of early 2000? Mind you, despite the greatness of the galacticos and Barcelona for so many years, none has been able to play the whole season unbeaten in the Laliga. But Arsenal was unbeaten for a whole Epl season in your most competitive league. Yes, Manchester City will lose some games, because that is normal. If they go the whole season unbeaten, the league should be closed. 1 Like |

CAN THIS MANCHESTER CITY SIDE WIN 18 CONSECUTIVE GAMES IN THE LALIGA? Even Pep Guardiola's Barcelona of 2009, the best club football team in history, with true world class stars such as Lionel Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, Bosquet, Puyol, Abidal, Dani Alves, David Villa, couldn't. The greatest Real Madrid team of the late 90's and early 2000 with great players such as Zinédine Zidane, Ronaldo, Raúl González, Roberto Carlos, Luís Figo and David Beckham couldn't even win 15 on the go. Yet Pep is winning 18 on the bounce with Sterling, Sane, Gabriel, Debruyne, Fernandinho, Otamendi, Mangala, Delph, Walker, Silva, Apart from Aguero, Silva and Debruyne, who else in this Citeh team is world class? But they have played 20 games in the Epl this season, winning 19, with the only draw coming against Everton, despite being one man down from the 40th minute, City came back from a goal down to get a draw. They have Scored 61 goals and conceded just 12, They have won all the so called big 5 with an aggregate score of 15.3. Average ball possession of 70%, Over 800 completed passes in every game, Pass accuracy 90% Average shots on goal per match 10 11 consecutive away wins, Conceeded the least shot on goal. In fact the gaol keeper, Ederson has played more with his boots than gloves. Best defensive organization with just 12 goals conceeded in 20 games, yet they don't pack the bus. I have never seen such dominance by a team in Europe's top 5 leagues. Even in the so called farmers league(Bundesliga), it wasn't like this. Yet Epl fan boys will come and say Epl is the toughest league to win. MYTH BUSTED. Epl is full of mediocre teams, with every team outside the top 5 playing 10 players behind the ball despite huge spendings on players. Can you believe that Everton's team is costlier than Atletico Madrid, Sevilla, Valencia, Celta vigo, In fact all the teams in Laliga apart from Barcelona and Real Madrid. Despite the huge money they spend on transfers, the league lacks quality in terms of the football played on the picth. I have said it so often here on this forum even before Pep came, Epl only seemed difficult because they didn't have any spectacular team with a tactically sound coach. Now imagine if Real Madrid or Barcelona were in this league, wouldn't they dominate like they have dominated the Championship League and the Laliga for years? And they say Laliga is a two horse race, Bundesliga is a one horse race, now what do we call the Epl? If Manchester City can dominate like this with this set of players, it therefore means that Barcelona or Real Madrid with the world's best players on every position can go a whole season without even a draw talk more of losses in the overrated Epl. You say nay? Who will stop them? Westham? Burnley? Bournemouth? Watford? or maybe Stoke City on a wet windy afternoon at the Britania. All the Pep is a fraud, can only win with Messi, Xavi and Iniesta in the Laliga, he can't play Tikitaka in EPl, Barcelona can not win Stoke City at the Britania, and Epl is not Laliga or Budelsliga banner flyers where art thou? So many myths busted mehn!! 20 consecutive wins loading, with games against Crystal Palace and Watford coming next. 3 Likes 2 Shares |
