2. Make sure you consult a good architect for your proposed building . ( making sure all the required drawings are well stamped and approved )
3. Make sure you consult a good Quantity Surveyor ie costing and estimation of building materials and labour.
4. Do a market survey and research.
5. Consult an Experienced Engineer .
6. Ensure You follow the right procedures in terms of buying standard materials necessary for the construction.
7. Continuous Site supervision by the architect.
8. Make sure the building drawings , and necessary building approval payments are made.
