The ongoing exams are for management cadre especially those that are managers and the successful ones that ace the exams and subsequent interviews will be moving to general manager level. Also, recently nnpc has retired a lot of staffs and the numbers this September is quite much so there are a lot of spaces left for EH to fill even after promotion of workers on SS5 - SS1 cadre.

Remember this LIGHT can only come once the word has been sent with FAITH because in Psalms 119:105(kjv), it says "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
Now, once you have received the word of God/ vision for your life don't just believe but keep speaking it and endeavour to meet the requirements needed to bring the word to reality.
These requirements are also rooted in the same word of God such as serving/obeying God(works), walking in the Spirit of God, Righteous living as it is written "Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone(James 2:17-kjv)
Don't stress yourself on the exact timing for the realisation of the vision as YOU WILL NEVER KNOW as God ways are mysterious and there is no searching of His understanding(Ecclesiastes 11:5, Isaiah 40:28- kjv).
Finally, remember that only GOD knows the TIME as it is written to everything there is a season and a time for every purpose under heaven( Ecclesiastes 3:1- kjv)

This kind of Faith comes from constant studying/ meditating on the word of God, fasting, praying with understanding/spirit and completely surrendering your trust, hope, aspiration and desires to God. It is almost synonymous to been a PRISONER FOR GOD.
In fact, such faith can cause God Almighty to visit you and bless you in all ramifications of your life as His Word says Seek ye first the kingdom of God and it's righteousness and every other thing shall be added unto you( Matthew 6:33).
