Politics › Re: Federal High Court Denies Granting Dasuki, Others N250m Bail by princemillla(m): 7:10am On Jan 07, 2016 |
ayindejimmy: Lemme explain the part you didn't get.
The judges have not really taken enough time to feel the pulse of the nation. People want blood, they want to see looters go to prison and Sovereignty belongs to the people {at least to the majority of them} not to the Constitution. Whatever the outcome of the case Dasuki is already guilty of negligence. Cos if a superior ordered you to do something against the Constitution or your conscience - you resign. Except it's what you want to do b4. So while the trial is ongoing he should remain in custody jus to serve as a deterrent. God bless you sir jetage1: you are getting it wrong again, not federal high court abuja but high court of the federal capital territory abj marlockj: Some of u Dnt Evn understand Wat is written!! He has two cases on his head resulting to 500million naria bail.
He was granted bail @ 250m then he met the bail condition, he was den arrested bck for second offense..
Wat is hard for u to understand.
U arrested me,carry me go court judge gv me bail I do as bail said,I wan commot cell u arrest me again for another offense.u no fit cum meet d 2nd bail condition. So Wetin u wan dss to do.
Evn if he get d 2nd bail dss will throw another case making it 3 cases.Nigeria is getting better.let him say there.
We cry of Nigeria not good, here a corrupt man is arrested we r here worrying abt it.the money dem share Eva reach you? No Bt here we worry abt it more than his Family.
Wen last did u here any news from his family? Am not a lawyer, and I can't pretend to be one, I believe asking is not a as in abi? Thank you for the clarification sir WaffenSS: Let's say you're charged to court over a case: case A.
You were granted bail on case A.
You met the bail conditions.
Immediately you're arrested as a suspect over another case, case B.
The bail for case A cannot override your detention in case B. Thus, legally no bail law was broken.
If you secure bail for case B as well, you can however still be arrested for potential cases C, D, E, ad infinitum. This is nice enuf thank you arresa: Nothing is missing here. He was granted bail for sure and was released, but he was re arrested by the EFCC based on new criminal charges which remains the reason why he is still he's still locked up.
Have you hear any of the courts sanctioning the EFCC for contempt or refusal to obey court orders? No. Why I actually, is to be clear on why people kept on wailing "buhari should obey court order first. This actually prompted me to av asked that question if the FG has in any way flaunted the court order. tee4naija: They were granted bail on some charges and re-arrested on other charges. Simple!! Thank you sires appreciate |

This is a nice clarification. Learnt something new today.
But if Fed high court abuja has granted them bail, my questions are ;
Have they all meet bail conditions? Why is Dss still holding them.
I believe no one is bigger than Nigeria law and as pa Buhari has always stated that he gives full respect to the rule of law, it will be nice to give directives on this.
Perhaps is something missing that I don't get clear |

Family › LOVE: Your Family Or Your Smart Phone? Take A Look At This by princemillla(op): 8:35am On Jan 06, 2016 |
Pls note am not taking credit for this, I found it worth sharing.. Read and amend where necessary!
Dedicated to all married people in the family : Sad but true
A teacher after the dinner she started checking homework done by the students. Her husband is strolling around with a smart phone playing his favourite game ‘Candy Crush Saga’.
When reading the last note, the wife starts crying with silent tears.
Her husband saw this and asked, ‘Why are you crying dear? What happened?’
Wife: ‘Yesterday I gave homework to my 1st Standard students, to write something on topic -My Wish-.’
Husband: ‘OK, but why are you crying?’
Wife: ‘Today while checking the last note, it makes me crying.’
Husband curiously: ‘What’s written in the note that makes you crying?’
Wife: ‘Listen’
My wish is to become a smart phone.
My parents love smart phone very much.
They care smart phone so much that sometimes they forget to care me.
When my father comes from office tired, he has time for smart phone but not for me.
When my parents are doing some important work and smart phone is ringing, within single ring they attend the phone, but not me even...
even if I am crying.
They play games on their smart phones not with me.
When they are talking to someone on their smart phone, they never listen to me even if I am telling something important.
So, My wish is to become a smart phone.
After listening the note husband got emotional and asked the wife, ‘who wrote this?’.
Wife: ‘Our son’.
Gadgets are beneficial, but they are for our ease not to cease the love amongst family and loved ones.
Children see and feel everything what happens with & around them. Things get imprinted on their mind with an everlasting effect. Let’s take due care, so that they do not grow with any false impressions.
God bless our home |

Adeola1122: Judiciary sector is approximately 85% of Nigeria problem, they tend to disrupt the peace of Nigerians with non-god fearing judgements, but one thing I know is that truth will prevail one day, if not rubbish, granting Dasuki or pasuma a bail, what if their daughters and sons are among IDP, that will not be possible but let's wait and see, God bless Nigeria. Sorry o, is pasuma among the alleged persons..? |
