The only secular song on my phone is Rihanna's - Diamond the rest are gospel, am a Gospel freak, and i learn all their lyrics and sing along too. Listening to secular songs tend to make me feel guilty and sinful, so I stick to what my soul prefers. 3 Likes |

This section though... Argument and counter arguments, yet none from both sides is crossing the carpet any soon. And am like, are they doing this for the fun of it? For pride, ego, arrogance? Or they really wanna make a difference  Beats me to the marrow. here's a word of advice: please you all should take your crusade to the streets, they are confused and helpless people out there who need a sense of direction. Stop using your hard earned or freely given Megabyte to complain, link, argue and dig up archives already! ya all are only basically drawing traffic for seun. Because... Alpha wont stop loving Satan, logic wont become a Christian, divepen wont become an atheist, pope wont stop being a catholic, pagan wont stop loving his gods... So what's the point? This faith you guys have on here is damn tough, and really exasperating! Just take this 'fight' to the street since you guys are this passionate about it. You would actually affect lives.  Phew! Well Frank, it isn't a surprise for me that you are averse to church, I've always known you to border on the Atheist line. For one, ur other favorites section on nl, i think has got to be religion (and you're probably reading and listening to them '...ism' brethren ramblings )but I hope they don't get to you, cos no matter how hard and impossible it may seem, There's a God. So please don't give up fighting to believe in the supernatural. And the dream, well you shouldn't totally disregard it, probably is a 'sign' or something... The Lord is your muscle. but erm... The fact still remains that, not everyone wants to read an intellectually-highly-researched-over-grammartised-moral-teaching-standardly-plotted-syntax-correct-stories (now Don't try these words at home )not everyone wants serious sh.it always. Sometimes, we want to just read someone else's tale and laugh it out amongst our 'preposterous dialogues' (bit my tongue typing that )And at the end of the day, some of us would rather love to flow with the tide, make our 'money', build our 'fan base' and get on with the next 'phone book metaphor' afterall no be Naija we dey? people should just loosen up sometimes.
