The Northerners are arguably the most comical people on Earth. Your states are being over run by bandits, and jihadists people are being slaughtered in-mass but you deem it fit to over look, and make the problem of another region your concern. If the Northerners are not arguing about blasphemy then, they are arguing about how a woman should dress, and act or they are probably arguing about the affairs of the Southern part of Nigeria. I honestly don't feel an iota of empathy for the people in the region, they are the cause of the evil befalling them.

Please, I am only here to correct your error and not get involved in an argument.

The Azeris have Jews among them, so does the Armenians. Israel has an issue with the Jews in Armenia, which is why they sided the Azeris whom they consider pure Jews. Israel is not out to fight for Christians but to protect the interest of the State of Israel and the interest, and lives of Jews the world over.

A once vibrant militant trade unionism that was further revamped by Comrade Adams Oshiomhole despite 'you know what' is now as impotent as an expired, adulterated painkiller.

The Trade Union we see today is even less than an unfunny joke in the mouth of a drunk jester.
No one takes her threats seriously...not the people, not the government, not even the union itself.

Foreign AffairsMorocco Troops Launch Operation In Western Sahara Border Zone by privaldo(op): 4:52pm On Nov 13, 2020
Morocco says its troops have launched an operation in a no man’s land on the southern border of Western Sahara to end “provocations” by the pro-independence Polisario Front.

Rabat on Friday said its troops would “put a stop to the blockade” of trucks travelling between Moroccan-controlled areas of the disputed territory and neighbouring Mauritania, and “restore free circulation of civilian and commercial traffic”.

The Polisario Front on Monday warned that it would regard a three-decade-old ceasefire with Morocco as over if Rabat moved troops or civilians into the buffer zone on the Mauritanian border.

It warned that “the entry of any Moroccan military, security or civil entity” into the Guerguerat buffer zone “will be considered as a flagrant aggression to which the Sahrawi side will respond vigorously in self-defence and to defend its national sovereignty”.

“This will also mean the end of the ceasefire and the beginning of a new war across the region,” the Polisario Front said.

Guerguerat is located on the southern coast of the disputed Western Sahara, along the road leading to Mauritania, some 380km (235 miles) north of Nouakchott, a buffer zone patrolled by a United Nations’ peacekeeping force.

“The Sahrawi government also holds the United Nations and the Security Council in particular responsible for the safety and security of Sahrawi civilians,” the Polisario statement added.

Last week, around 200 Moroccan truck drivers appealed to Moroccan and Mauritanian authorities for help, saying they were stranded on the Mauritanian side of the border near Guerguerat.

In a statement carried by the Mauritanian news agency Alwiam, the produce truck drivers said they were returning from Mauritania and sub-Saharan Africa but “militias affiliated with separatists” had stopped them from crossing.

In recent weeks, Moroccan media outlets said Sahrawi separatists had set up roadblocks and stopped passage across the border. Al Jazeera could not independently verify the reports.

The UN also cited isolated incidents at Guerguerat in a recent report.

What is the conflict about?
Western Sahara, a vast swath of desert on Africa’s Atlantic coast, is a disputed former Spanish colony.

Rabat controls 80 percent of the territory, including its phosphate deposits and its fishing waters.

Morocco, which maintains that Western Sahara is an integral part of the kingdom, has offered autonomy but insists it will retain sovereignty.

The Algeria-backed Polisario Front, which fought a war for independence from 1975 to 1991, demands a referendum on self-determination.

The two sides signed a ceasefire in September 1991 under the aegis of the UN after 16 years of war, but the planned referendum has been repeatedly postponed due to a dispute between Rabat and the Polisario over the composition of the electorate and the status of the territory.

Negotiations on Western Sahara involving Morocco, the Polisario, Algeria and Mauritania have remained suspended for several months.

Well, reasoning evaluation is not bad after all, you also need it because I can can see that you are moved by what people says, you don't have a word of yourself.
See, we are in a failed state because all happenings are indicators of a failed state but that doesn't make it a zoo.

Mind you, the last time I checked, your tribe contributes more to the woes of this present situation.

An honest question: Are you an animal?
In a biological sense, we are all animals. In the jungle, the larger and stronger animals (the government and people with power) devour the weaker and smaller animals (the poor masses), so tell me how this isn't a jungle (I made a big mistake calling it a zoo because a zoo is more orderly than this country).

As it stands, am not equally happy with what is going on in the country nevertheless, it doesn't make it a zoo.

So describing this almost failed state as a zoo is bad, then oga your reasoning process is laughable grin, seriously you would need proper evaluation if you don't get the idea behind calling it a zoo.

Majority of southerners are not strategic. This thread is aimed at weighing how successful they've been in pacifying the SE. With the way Wike fell hook line and sinker thereby showing them that a crack exists between the SE and the SS, they'll want to capitalise on it hence they're prodding further on the SE but our politicians can't see this. Smart people from the SS and SW who are leaders but non politicians can see the plan and know that any attack against any group in the south is an attack against the whole South and it will weaken the South in general if allowed to go unchallenged. I consistently hammered on this during the ENDSARS protest. The caliphate was stunned for the first time seeing the successes of that move hence they're presently running after organizers of a simple protest arresting and blocking their accounts in a supposed democracy. I'm glad the youth of the south have seen power of working together. The single thing that reduced the momentum of that united move was the hijacking of the arson that followed which was later accused on the Igbos by the same oppressors we wanted to dethrone. How our fellow southerners bought that accusation remains a shock to some of us. It's good commonsense prevailed among the Yorubas later but the steam had left the movement at this time.
My point is that the key to southern emancipation is the total rejection of any attempt of those terrorists at isolating any constituent group of the south. To see how dangerous those people are, they always look for a way to use people from your own region to fight you thereby removing themselves from public view. In the middlebelt while killing Benue people and the southern Kaduna people, their spokesman will be Paul Unongo and Anthony Sani. In the South West, they used Akintola to set off the wild wild West and thereafter put Awolowo in jail in the East. Thereafter, they boasted that the conquest of the west had been completed despite Akintola still being alive at the time. This is why soldiers of eastern origin intervened but some how history was turned upside down and Igbos weŕe attacked by all. You can notice how they push Gowon in the front and remained the brain behind. Today fools like Wike is yet to understand the game. After Gowon foolishly used his own Benue-Plateau people to prosecute the war, he was kicked out by the same people. This is when Gowon's brothers noticed what happened. Dimka made sure he sent that snake to the great beyond. T.Y Danjuma only realized after they came for his own people and he cried out. The wild dogs with whom he forged had turned on his own people which is the characteristic of these people. If the could do so to the people with whom they have a contiguous border, what do you think they'd do to Wike and Magnus Abe after they finish using them? Southern politicians are very foolish politically. Until they see their own immediate homes burning, they don't get the point.
In the SE, it's been very difficult for them to get anyone because of the nature of the people there. They tried using Okorocha but it failed but they managed to put the supreme
I agree with you an attack on any of the Southern regions is an attack on all. The South never truly learns from history but who knows, we might learn the hard way. I have never believed a Southern Unity was possible until during the #EndSars protests but now I know that the new generation is different, we may need to wait another decade to even work together as one, so that men used in causing division may have that or become old by then.

Islamist militants have beheaded more than 50 people, chopped up the bodies of victims and abducted women in a gruesome attack in Mozambique.

The bodies of dismembered victims were found scattered across a forest clearing on Monday after a football pitch was turned into an 'execution ground'.

Villagers were caught and killed as they tried to escape the violence while another group of militants set homes alight during the attack on Friday and Saturday, it is believed.

The attack is the latest in a growing wave of jihadist violence in Mozambique by extremists linked to ISIS.

Islamist militants in Mozambique (file photo) have beheaded more than 50 people, chopped up the bodies of victims and abducted women in a gruesome attack in Mozambique
Some of the gunmen are said to have chanted 'Allahu Akbar' when they raided a village and abducted some of its women, while others slaughtered victims in nearby Muatide, according to BBC News.

As many as 4,000 militants are thought to be fighting against Mozambique's government and other groups as the Islamists try to establish a 'caliphate'.

'They burnt the houses then went after the population who had fled to the woods and started with their macabre actions,' a Mozambique police chief said, according to The Times.

Militants operating in the area had attacked several nearby villages the week before, looting and burning homes before retreating into surrounding thicket.

In one case, more than a dozen men and boys were beheaded by suspected jihadists during a male initiation ceremony.

'Police learned of the massacre committed by the insurgents through reports of people who found corpses in the woods,' said an officer in the Mueda district.

'It was possible to count 20 bodies spread over an area of about 500 metres,' he added.

there will be a blockade again.
What kind of blockade? If you are referring to the one placed on the South-East during the war then I am here to tell you it would fail, this is 2020, and wars are not fought like in the 1960s. A blockade will only bring pity and more support to them militarily, and also in form of humanitarian support. We all should pray that no war breaks out because it would hard to quell for even the armed forces who are already overstretched no thanks to Boko Haram. Another thing will be more ethnic groups will begin agitations for a breakup, so it will probably escalate than you are currently imagining.
