I don't think so aside from Mossad, its allies (CSIS, CIA, Mi6, DGSE, and so on) don't kill other Assets from rival intelligence agencies instead they give them a chance to defect and offer them protection. The FSB, MSS, and Irans VEVAK will kill you once they know you are an Asset of another country after interrogation and torture.

Only in Nigeria, it is by recommendation. You can actually be an Asset but the issue can you withstand the risk and pressure that comes with it. If you are interested in becoming an Asset, you can start by learning a new language both speaking like native speakers and writing.

Maybe you can learn Hebrew then approach the Russian Embassy in Nigeria and see if they wouldn't listen to you. The FSB would listen to you because Israel and the Mossad would not consider a Nigerian a threat in their country, which in turn makes you a priceless Asset.

You mean CIA works from Nigeria's Embassy not American Embassy. First of all you made a mistake with your terms, those people who are recruited and work for the CIA folks in Nigeria (if there are any) according to you are not staff of the CIA but agents or informants. Most of them don't even know they work for the CIA or whatever intelligence agency it is, if they know the mission is compromised and the CIA Staff or Asset that hired them has been compromised or burned.

No CIA Asset that wants to recruit an informant will go about telling them that they are from the CIA.

You'd be surprised that some of our celebrities are agents of some secret intelligence agencies.

Unless the CIA or Mossad wants to pull off a revolution, then they can use people like Dj Switch or Celebrities because of the crowd they would draw for the movement aside that the CIA America has little or no interest in Nigeria's affairs. The people who would pull off what you are imagining is the DGSE of France, due to France quest to control Sub-Saharan Africa.

Dj Switch can't be recruited by either the CIA or Mossad. In Nigeria, the CIA recruits informats that are called "Agents of Influence". These informants are mainly high ranking government officials that have access to classified information and can influence their decisions in the country, if the CIA wanted to recruit a regular person that person would be covert, and not known to the public. Dj Switch is already in public eye and is already a potential target.

Fake News, this was created by enemies of the government to cause confusion anarchy and overthrow Buhari. The North is 100% safe and I can boldly say that, we just paid 800K to bandits (our brothers), so we are at peace with them.

I think this is an important question, if foreigners can be coaches at of our sport teams, handle major contracts and companies in Nigeria, would you support the motion of foreigners heading key government posts in Nigeria, would it be a better idea?

If they would be transparent, accountable and the ministry would be productive then why not. After all, the Nigerians who have manned the various ministries in the past have not just performed below par but also turned a civil servant job into a money-making scheme.

In as much as this half-witted behavior by the Governor will be applauded by many, I feel that many people in the state (especially the IDPs) need this money, and support more than this "Lazy Buharist" who inflicted suffering upon himself by trying to be a modern-day "Pheidippides".

I can bet that they are thinking of better ways to secure the South, so that we can be as safe as our Northern counterparts (Northern Nigeria is the safest place in the world). The outcome maybe the creation of a Southern version of Hisbah, new ways to shut down social media or how to ensure women dress properly in the South.

This is a staged rescue, I can boldly tell you that there was no attack on the Abuja-Kaduna expressway. The FCT and the Northern region has being enjoying relative peace, all thanks to Hisbah for their resilience in repelling attacks.
