Offcourse it is not a criminal offence in their law. You don’t need to perform paternity test in other to benefit from this social schemes. You can forge birth certificates and still benefit from it but once this system catch up with you then you are a goner.

This is deep oo. I trust the German government to thoroughly investigate this case, and if he is found guilty of paternity fraud in any way, he is most likely to be deported back to Nigeria.

On a serious note a typical Nigerian is very greedy. We often criticise our government, yet if given the chance, we will likely indulge in this corruption too. The country is seriously bleeding, and it’s imperative for everyone to take responsibility and stop this act of greediness.
