People chose not to be part of the protest and you are talking about sit at home being good. You guys always look for ways to validate or mask your disappointments. I guess you would have been more elated if majority or Lagosians troop out to protest yea?. But as them ignore the protest (out of their free will and not because 1 lunatic in Finland gave an instruction)) you come dey change goal post. Funny & delusional humans.....LOL
MasterJayJay: So you now agree that sit at home is good?
Why are you so dumb. Damn Is Dangote Refinery or the other modular refineries getting the crude for free?? If the govt is spending tens of billions of dollars (over $25billion yearly) to import refined oil products yearly do you know what the burden will be like on the NAIRA?You are sounding like the government is dashing Dangote Refinery free crude oil. Even looking at your comments so far would you rather jobs that could have been created here in Nigeria be transferred to Malta simply because you don`t want Dangote refinery? Does Dangote refinery use up all the crude we produce or stop nigeria from selling raw crude in the international market? This is same unprogressive mentality that is killing our local industries (e.g Innoson Motors etc). Your problem is that you are so dumb that you think you are smart. Go get enlightened. Shalom
malali: Crude Oil is more than just NNPC 1-Crude Oil sales is the generator of revenue for the whole country- the whole 36 states. 2-We don't provide enough crude to fulfill export OPEC quota and local refineries existing before Dangote. 3-The crude market is the world most recognized international commodity market. 4-Nigeria has the right to determine who they sell and buy crude from without any subjugation or coercion. 5-A lot of countries producing crude and exporting also import e.g USA, the crude they produce is not best suited for their refineries, so they export and import the Saudi crude in return, so crude trading is bilateral 6-Nigeria has established trading relationships with some crude buyers internationally for over 30 years, if we stop all of them and sell to dangote today and tomorrow dangote decides to not buy from Nigeria, it will be difficult to re-establish selling to our "plugs" because they might have found other customers. 7-Dangote refinery being a private business entity should source his crude from open market, make petrol and then we are sure of his capacity to function before doing business with him. Building a refinery and effectively running it are 2 different things. 8-If we get involved in Dangote refinery too early, he might use the Nigerian government to run his refinery.Because he is going to need funding and logistics to run the refinery.
Dangote Refinery is still a private business and must be treated as such. Crude oil sale is what the whole Nigeria depends on, we cannot give it to "one person" it doesnt make business sense or protect our sovereignty as a country.
You sound so dumb. Is Dangote refinery a government venture or a personal business venture? Did the government stop any entity from putting funds together to build their own refinery? Did the government stop major stakeholders of the Niger Delta from owning stake in Dangote Refinery or even building their own? Are there not other business entities that are even building modular refineries at the moment? So as a private investor I will put funds (foreign & local) together to embark on a big business project like Dangote refinery, and I will just go around dashing or gifting my hard earned shares to different entities free of charge without them putting down the require funds to earn those shares? Damn. Some of your folks here sound more like illiterates in all honesty. Just open mouth dey cho cho cho.
malali: When there is monopoly in government......We called it Military rule !!
When there is Monopoly in Business........We should call it out as well !!
90% Ownership of the Largest refinery in Africa to a single man is worse than military rule. Niger Delta should own at least 30% of Dangote refinery.
You, Northerner?? LOL.... Is this inferiority complex or what?
001Lagos: My President Mr Peter Obi, You're next Insha Allah. We the northerners are solidly behind you in 2027 walahi
Tinubu is a calamity that we regretted supporting in the north and never again shall the north support a clueless and useless president from south west you can be rest assured Allah.
You sound both stupid and dumb. So developmental projects that will ease the lives of the masses should be put on hold? The fact that it was manufactured here (from production to consumption theory) should be something worth commending and encouraged across board so more jobs are created and people can have a better quality of life. This is one reason I voted Obi. The government might be terrible in other aspects but when they do something good, you commend them. You dont have to be bitter all the time. That`s witchcraft. How daft and shallow can a human be. If I were you I will channel that energy to something productive in my life so I wont have to give excuses to my children when I can`t meet up to their needs. Otherwise, you go explain tire.
Metordman: Useless Sanwo-olu. People are dying of hunger, and u are commissioning ferries, so they should ferry with empty stomachs. Lagosians don't need ferries, they need jobs, youth empowerment, and development of SMEs
While serious people from both south-east and south-west are busy collaborating together and building empires, the low-lives & scums of the earth from these 2 regions are busy engaging in tribalistic fights on Nairaland daily. What a shame
I sometimes wonder if people like you apply same standards to your life just the way you castigate every other person. Most of you in your community or sphere of influence has achieve NOTHING with your lives, Neither did your parents achieve anything worthwhile. But when it comes to others you are quick to apply very high standards even you and family combined cannot measure up with. Please, mention one area you have excelled in your personal live so I can at least see sense in your statement. My guess, NON.
You reason like a teenager who lacks exposure. I wish I can unread what I just read. You are just not man enough obviously. Stick with your fellow teen girls.
jeromestarks: I met this beautiful, hardworking and godloving lady somewhere at work. She's very nice and accommodating. She's also a graduate. Let me quickly say that this lady is a decent lady - yeah, I went FBI on her; searched her socials: Facebook, insta, X etc and sincerely, all the pictures she took were done in her home (she stays with her mother).
As I interacted with her, I discovered she's a homely person. She doesn't club, doesn't smoke, doesn't drink. She's just all about stability.
I fell in love with her personality until I asked one last question. "Sorry, I don't mean to pry. Please, how old are you?"
Without hesitation, this lady answered "I am 27"
Immediately I heard 27, I lost every single ounce of interest I had in her. I didn't show it to her. I just said " Wow! You look so pretty, one would think you're 18. Thank God I asked." She laughed and I could see her blush.
We discussed about other things, exchanged numbers and she left. I have made up my mind never to call her. The age put me off and I don't even know why.
So dear ladies, do not tell men your age until the both of you are in a serious relationship. Never tell a man your age on the first date. Never! Wait until you see some level of commitment or at least, until he got used to you a little.
Your level of reasoning is worrisome to be honest. When you hear something good, its propaganda. But if its something bad you believe it instantly. You sure do have a big problem. I wonder how people around you cope.
socialmediaman: The only difference between this government and the previous one is, this one has unprecedented levels of propaganda!
Like, you met someone who was managing to eat 4 slices of bread as their only meal of the day, cut their only meal to only 1 slice of bread, then if they're able to eat 2 slices of bread for a meal, you start celebrating the improvement on the newspapers.
A big welcome development. We need more of these progression round the country. We need to encourage them even more. Thumbs up Innoson.
Anambra1stSonTV: Innoson have started manufacturing of heavy duty trucks from his new plant located in Nnewi, Anambra state, It come with A/C 22 tyres 33000Ltrs tank toilet and bathroom, the truck runs on Compress natural gas overall Coming from #innosonmotor Nigeria. Watch the video through this link
As in eh, you can say it again. The matter tire me. Damn.
RaySimran: Meddling in frivolities, instead of boasting about research work your school has done to help the advance of humanity, you're here deluding yourself with inconsequencials such as virginity..
Just see how daft you sound. I guess your IQ is so low that you cannot even process the impact of this information. But when value of Naira was falling you and your likes will open you mouths waaaaaaaahhhh.....Mumu na mumu sha... LoL
socialmediaman: CBN has been settling FX backlogs since it was established in the late 50s
Nigerians need real solutions, not gossip of when the president goes to bed and wakes up.
If this country is really a zoo like you stated then I wonder why a degenerate animal like you is still resident here. If you get money, japa na (if you can afford it. LOL). Afterall, Nigeria is not the only country in the world. You spend all your creative and productive energy in cursing your country and then you wonder why you live in the gutters and your life is so miserable. Get to work dude, Its monday anuofia. LoL
Domaining101: Mehnn just shut up bro. If only you know how dense you sound in your quest to prove my ignorance. First of all, you no where near as lettered and knowledgeable as i am because who the fûck are you? Abi na the pidgin wey i dey use cap dey confuse your papa?
Secondly, i only used the phrase "8 main" in that context, just to accommodate the absolutely illogical and absurd cardinal points that were fabricated by some of our politicians due to their selfish and tribalist geopolitical interests, no thing more. You coming here to say that it was because of the uniqueness and the spread of the Nigeria map based on size, shape, geographics and ethnicity bla, bla, bla, shows that you have resolved to be willfully disingenuous, if your lots were inexistent in this zoo of a country, i may never have degenerated into zoo in the first place because people like you are the catalyst to the numerous problems plaguing this country.
I don't have the time to get into arguments with you, call a spade a spade and stop trying to defend stupidity.
If only you know how dumb you sound in your quest to sound like a sensible or knowledgeable person. The 4 main cardinal points are North, South, East and West. Now I will advice you draw this into a quadrant so you have a clear picture of what i am saying. Now going forward, we also have 4 "Intercardinal" (or ordinal) directions which is formed by plotting each of the main 4 cardinal points against each other. If you know how to use a compass you will know this. But its obvious you lack knowledge in this regard. I believe you have plotted the 4 main cardinal points like i stated earlier? Now, take a step further by plotting the 4 intercardinal points on each of the quadrants. If you do this, you will get 1. North West 2. North East 3. South West 4. South East.
Now because of the uniqueness and the spread of the Nigeria map based on size, shape, geographics and ethnicity etc, we further have it divided into an additional North Central and South South (Niger Delta). Now, i believe you can see that there is nothing illogical here, and obviously you are the one sounding really foolish and ignorant. Get educated before you come to a public space like Nairaland to dance naked for the world to see. And just to clarify further, Nigeria is not useless (as you stated in your post), you are the one that is useless. Shalom
Modified: Seeing the number of people who liked and shared your post goes a long way to show the reasons why we have the chunk of leaders we have today in this country. Most people don`t even know their right from their left. na anywhere belle face them dey go. LOL
Domaining101: The 8 main cardinal points we have on earth are North, North East, East , South East , South, South West, West , and North west..
But only in Nigeria they will be creating illogical cardinal points all because of politics, and some idiots will be using such terms as if it makes any sense. Wetin be "South South"? abi "North-Central"? Okay if you people wanted to have cemented your foolishness, where is "West West", "North North" or "West Central" ? Omo E no go better for that angel wey carry me come this useless country, me and you get better quarrel when i reach heaven
You know nothing John Snow. If only you have a clue about the things you can purchase globally (even in developed countries) with USDT and other cryptocurrencies... Even here in Lagos island, property developers accept Crypto as payment. You can buy cars, machinery, clothes, etc with cryptocurrencies. I will advise you do a bit of research on this.
motymop: USDT is illegal in Nigeria, it has no regulatory backing, that is why you cant use it to buy and sell goods, that is also why there is no public exchange for it.
International sellers do not take USDT as a mean of payment because of regulatory issues
can you pay for oil in usdt can you buy clothes with usdt can you buy machineries in usdt can you pay for school and medical fees in usdt
NO you cant, you can only buy some software or crypto related goods with usdt.
What a dumb comment. The people who are beneficiaries are happy and see the value in the increment and you are here spilling rubbish from your gutter. How much do you earn? How much is your father`s salary? when was the last time salaries was increased by 100% in your LGA or state of origin? Instead of you to commend such moves that will be helpful in these challenging times so your governor or LGA chairman can follow suit, you are here spilling trash..... smh
Meerahbel: The question is how much is their salary it not even up to 100k and how many primary health centers are in Ikoyi?
So buying g strings for your wife is what you defined as being alpha? You are a disgrace to alphas. A low life baller with esteem issues who just comes online to rant carelessly. Please don`t call yourself an alpha. We don`t identify with you. Alphas protect, provide & treat their women right. She`s not only the portal through which our next gen come into the world, but when she`s also a virtuous women we readily commend her. You are obviously a product of both failed parenting and a loveless upbringing. I will advise you go for therapy.
tochez24: Whenever we alphas caution SIMPs, very loose lonely evening newspapers will be weting everywhere⚠️
If you think this is an appreciation, then you really need a thorough medical examination♂️
Exposed men and alphas know exactly how to appreciate their women, and jumping online at any slightest chance to type long epistles of baseless jargons is not one of them.
White/foreign men take their women out on a dinner date or get them flowers on their way back from work, they don't storm online with long epistles⚠️
We African alphas get our women g strings, take them to bush bars or Bleep them well until they cum... We don't storm online with long epistles too⚠️
Sometimes i wonder how these idiots in men's clothing reason??⚡
Easy target for criminals in what sense? Your level of reasoning is quite disturbing. So its if they weren`t licensed by FCTA that they won`t be targets abi? LOL
verybadmouth: This taxi drivers will now be easy targets for the criminals. It is well
Impressive. I have been to Enugu once many years ago. And honestly if there is one city I can reside in the south east it is Enugu. Its calm, serene, has good greenery and peaceful. I like the energy there.
OfficialAPCNig: Enugu is the most serene city in Nigeria.
No wonder it made the top 35 most resilient cities in the world alongside Barcelona, Accra, Athens, Atlanta, and others.
Now other city in Nigeria comes close to it's greenery.
Some of you people on nairaland are so dumb to be honest? Did you read the article? Do you know how venture capital is run? Where did you see in the article that he is the one providing the whole $100million? Didn`t you read where it was stated that he will be raising 98% of the funds from investors who believe in the project but don`t have time to do due diligence on the startups? You complain about lack of jobs and startup capital for business. An individual is trying to set up a system that will see funds flow into different startups that will in turn create multiple jobs and all you can say is this dim-witted statement you typed below? Wow, what a low-life!!!
Brendaniel: This is the person APC supporters were praising as a performer, 100 million dollars is over 100 billion naira, he served 8 years as governor, where did he get all that money from, what were his businesses before he became governor?
Learn to commend other people/region progress or growth when you see one. Rome was not built in a day. Development like this should be encouraged across the length and breadth of Nigeria. Some of you people (east & west) esp on nairaland should shove this your nasty and childish tribalism. Its always those at the bottom of the pyramid that exhibit this unprogressive trait. Those at the top are collaborating, while the paupers at the bottom are busy engaging in unhealthy competition...Grow up
Speak for yourself. I am from the south south as well, and I have no hate in me. Even though I voted Obi in the last elections but that`s past now. Any thing that takes this country forward is what I look forward to. You dislike Tinubu but yet you are one of the scammers who put us in bad light on the global stage. Why not channel that energy to changing yourself and making something meaningful out of your life instead of scamming people abroad? Pot calling kettle black..LOL
Don`t wife a wh*re if you can`t stand her life-time whoredom. It never stops.
Rebuker: Former NBA player Joe Smith recently discovered that his wife has an OnlyFans account. Her reaction to his surprising revelation appeared nonchalant, as she recorded her conversation with her clearly distraught husband, casually responding, 'It's my body.'
She proceeded to defend herself by stating that she's not involved with anyone but herself, emphasizing, "It's my body, my choice."
The husband interjected, asserting, "I am your husband, and you should communicate with me." She then explained that she had asked her husband questions, but he never provided an answer, leaving her with no choice but to take action.
She told her husband that she knew her identity before he married her. You can watch and listen to the entire conversation .......lol
If you were in her husband's position, what would you do?
