Emmanuel Uchechi CHIGBU a 17yr Old 100 level student of UNIVERSITY OF CALABAR, Department of Computer Science and Informatics. He was declared missing after he failed to return to his lodge in UNICAL last night 31st of January 2020. He was last seen leaving a bar at about 10:30pm.
