Hello Everyone, I would like to ask which stockbroking firm offers the lowest commission fee and VAT on commission. Also which other information is relevant on choosing a broker aside from the fees? |
Franklin112:This sounds like extortion on a whole new level. |
TonyyS:There are opportunities for every field, you have to make yourself relevant |
zika2902:Please, let's share whatever information we have here instead of on Whatsapp. Am sure it'll benefit other, just as you've benefited from the experience of others on this thread. Let's share information here, unless it's a private matter. Thank you |
SOLARPOWER1:I read your story some weeks back, I am really happy for you. Have you travel yet?? If not, when might you?? Which airline is best for the journey from Nigeria to Germany. Frankfurt. |
Iceberry0001:Check this info@lago.diplo.de Please let me know if they respond |
teeadewale:Go to DAAD or UniAssist to get started, no one will explain all the nitty gritty for you, you have to do most of the research your self. Do not forget that Google is your friend. I would have ignore your post as the guy above my post did. But I recall that I was once in your shoes. And every help counts. So go to the above sites and settle on some school(s). Then look up their requirements. Then drop your Applications accordingly. Cheers. By the way it's not as rigorous as it seems. It is fun too. |
promisengr:After opening the account, they'll send the the account details to make the transfer into. And ofcourse you can personally ask questions |
Topsonluv:Yes, of course You can only fund it after opening it. |
Meagainstenemy:No, I think you'll pay in Naira, but you have to go with the payment schedule for the school. Personally, I think the form A method isn't the best option for you due to the close deadline. Make more inquiries about the method at you bank. But go as early as possible. Since tomorrow is the deadline. |
Meagainstenemy:On second thought, due to the urgency of the payment, I think have someone three make the transfer on your behalf, will be the fastest. Second opinion will be through domiciliary account transfer. But you have to be there really early. |
Meagainstenemy:Go to your bank and request for a FORM A, or you can make the payment through a Domiciliary account transfer. The provisions are there to fill in those line. |
Esclass:Please what is the email address?? |
Please can I get the email to the Germany embassy in Nigeria. |
dukeprince50:I beg to differ, Nigeria is yet to manage a refinary properly and you're talking about a nuclear power plant |
Cande75:Yes, I did try them. I'll be back there on Monday |
Revman:Please by all means, I've replied the email |
Please I need some information about making international transfer for the payment and blocked account. I tried yesterday at the banks but there's serious shortage of foreign exchange. I need guidance on how to go about making the payment. Thanks |
Revman:Yes, I have an offer letter from Coburg |
Please mods Push this to the front page so that the general public can get a glimpse of what is happening in that state, and i also call on the residents to post the pictures of the state of Abia state. |
Please i want to use this opportunity to call the attention of call the attention of the Nigerian public to the injustice and dictatorial government in abia state. The roads and general state of governance is nothing short of Inhumane and dictatorial. |
Ogbonna Frank Obyke (Picture attached in this post) Should Be Arrested By Nigeria Police Force Immediately For Reportedly Assaulting One of Victims of the #ABIASEMBSCAM 1. My attention has been called to reports of reckless assault and infliction of bodily harm (see pictures in the comments section) on Mrs Ugochi Eucharia Obinwa by one of the gangsters posing as protocol officers around Umuahia Government House - Ogbonna Obike 2. Mrs Obinwa who I spoke to earlier today told me that her only crime was not switching off her phone as she made her way into the auditorium where Mr Okezie Ikpeazu's Chief of Staff, Anthony Agbazuere was billed to tell another series of stale tales to the victims of the #AbiaSEMBScam 3. According to Mrs Obinwa, she had gone to the venue yesterday in response to a radio announcement made by Mr Agbazuere himself inviting those duped by Lawrence Ogbonnah and his accomplices within senior government positions in Umuahia to come for some discussions. 4. The young mother told me that when she arrived the venue, she was told by the retinue of thugs, reckless village touts and local bandits on drycleaned clothes that the arrangements have been changed. 5. She was told that Mr Agbazuere was seeing a different group for the day and told to go home. The lady told me she found the sudden change in arrangements confounding and begged one of the officials milling around the place that she came from Aba and cannot go back to come another day. 6. The said official listened to her and gave her a separate sheet to write her name with. She did as was instructed and joined in waiting for Agbazuere. This was happening around 10am. Like the rest, she snapped a few pictures of herself and her friends and then went inside to sit and wait for the said Agbazuere 7. By 2 o clock in the afternoon with no sign of Agbazuere, the lady said she went to buy some refreshments and return. On her way in, she met Ogbonnah Obike who confronted her, asked to search her and check her phone. 8. The woman refused to hand in her phone to the thug-like Obike and a struggle ensued. Mr Obike damaged her hand bag and took her phone forcefully. In the course of trying to resist, Obike reportedly punch her on the lips and drew blood from her flesh. 9. Mrs Obinwa began to bleed profusely and had to be taken to a security post where a police officer assisted her to stop the bleeding and wash off the blood. 10. At around past 4, Mr Agbazuere was done addressing the unfortunate victims of the #AbiaSEMBScam and his staff were gathering the snacks and soft drinks that remained after they had served the fraud victims. 11. Meanwhile a lawyer was called to assist Mrs Obinwa and he waited to have a word with Mr Obike. Unknown to the lady and the lawyer, the thug, Obike ran out of the venue after assaulting the woman, ran to change his clothes, face mask and whatever would make him recognisable. All this while, he still held Mrs Obinwa's smartphone. 12. The lawyer therefore could not locate the rogue protocol officer based on the description given to him. He had to return to Mrs Obinwa for confirmation and further hints. 13. It was then that Mrs Obinwa, according to her story, left the security post to join in identifying the man who hauled punches at her. She immediately recognized him but strangely, he had new clothes, new mask. She pointed him to the lawyer and guess what? 14. Agbazuere's thugs again charged at her, questioning her for pointing to "Oga's protocol officer." The lawyer sought to interrogate him to get his own side of the story but was shouted down. 15. According to the story, it was then that Mr Agbazuere now stepped in, sought to know the identity of the lawyer and when he learned that the young man was called to bar 2 years ago, he accused him of naivety and advised him to at times tell his clients to "clear their mess." 16. Agbazuere, according to the lady's narrative, told the lawyer that he would have had him locked up if not that he was a lawyer. He told his protocol officers (thugs more appropriately) to hand the lady's phone to the lawyer so he can return to "his client." 17. The Agbazuere team, after packing their meat pies and soft drinks drove off, while the woman and the lawyer walked to the nearest bus stop, refusing an offer of lift offered by one of Agbazuere's men. 18. Now I have read reports of a certain Ikechukwu Iroha- one of the persons hired to promote government fibs and sell lies to unsuspecting members of the public. 18b. Mr Iroha alleged that the woman apologised and begged for transport fare to enable her return to her home in Aba. 19. The woman told me that no such thing transpired. She said she never spoke to Iroha or any of the lunatics around the venue for funds. Rather she said she got assistance from one of other victims she met in a bus as they were going home. According to her, she needed just #100 to complete her fare after it was raised from #400 to #500. 20. Now I consider it strange that Mr Iroha would lie against a battered woman who was recently duped of the sum of #150000 by a government officer who is still walking scot free after fleecing thousands of Abia youths. 21. But then, governance in Umuahia is mainly under the supervision of the rotund and most incompetent Okezie Ikpeazu is often an exercise in dishonesty. Truth is the most scarce commodity in Ikpeazu's government so no surprise here. 22. I also understand that most of the victims of the #abiasembscam are often locked out so that the funds voted as transport for the fraud victims would remain for the boys and their master to share. Same for meat pies and soft drinks. 23. I am shocked that a government that duped 5,666 Abians of hundreds of millions would also send its thugs to beat them up. I am startled that the Ikpeazu administration has unleashed its media urchins to silence the woman and twist her story. 24. Now do you know why they confiscate the phones of the fraud victims? To stop them from recording the proceedings. They want to cow them, they want to leave some veneer of deniability in the grand fraud scheme. I understand that phones confiscated are sometimes never returned. Yes- 25. As Offor Munachiso Honest said, this is a matter we must never allow to lie low. The victims of the #AbiaSEMBScam were made to pay N150K - N500K for employment in the Abia state secondary school system under the supervision of a certain Lawrence Ogbonnah at the time Prof Ikechi Mgbeoji was commissioner for education. 27. After they were issued letters of appointment - 5, 666 of them- they were sent to different schools to teach for 19 months - between January 2019 and August 5 2020 when the appointments were cancelled. 28. For the 19 months, they were not paid a dime for the works they did, the appointments were terminated without any benefits. And now they are also being assaulted by thugs working for the government. 29. An NGO I contacted is already planning to institute legal actions against the government for such a fraudulent scheme. Now the assault on Mrs Obinwa will also be part of the lawsuit. 30. Abia state has been the worst governed state in Igboland since 1999. However under the reign of the rotund and most incompetent Okezie Ikpeazu, things have reached very alarming rates. 30b. Salaries and pensions are not paid, infrastructure is at its lowest point and young girls are exploited sexually by those with means- many of them very senior government officials- for favours like the recent job scam. 31. Who will save Abia?

This idea has been around for a number of years now ( I wonder why it is been brought up now), First of all it is a laudable concept that can potentially save lives, but i also believe that i have gone through some materials that disprove the idea. I can't quite remember the full details (butt its has something to do the structural integrity of an aircraft and how such a concept will not fit into current day designs. But in science and technology almost anything is possible, Its just a matter of time. Funfact: Did you know that commercial aircrafts are the safest means of transportation today, with the least occurrence of incidents/accidents. |

There are indications for well studied researches that continued lockdown will do more harm than good. It's only sensible to toll in the direction of wisdom and common sense of easing the lockdown and starting the next phase of control measure, which is to ensure nose mask and proper sanitation. I wonder what is wrong with Nigeria!!!! |
donvicky2007:thank you, I'll do that |
Orlaoluwayimika:This one is definitely costing, alot. Am scared of even using the bank again |
On the 21 of January i tried making a Transaction on Aliexpress, which for some reason i cannot explain did not go through i was however instantly debited by Access Bank immediately. Seeing that the transaction did not go through, i went ahead to cancel the Order on my aliexpress dashboard. i tried contacting the bank through whatApp, only to receive automated responses. The very next morning, 22nd January i visited the bank in the morning and filled a complaint form. I thought that was the end of the issue, about two day later, still no refund, i called an agent, he suggested i wait 7 days , fast forward 7 day and 3rd Febuary, when the chinese are done with their holiday, and my client is expecting a tracking ID, I called another agent, only to hear 45 working days of wait!!!!, thats more than TWO MONTHS!!!!!!!!!. I visited the bank that very afternoon after dropping the call, there the agent sent an e-mail and asked me to return the next day, being yesterday, I was there yesterday and i even dropped more details of the transaction. Only for me to receive a mail to that they intend on getting back to me by 18th of April!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Am vexed and disappointed, Why will my funded be seized, i did not make an illegal transaction, i have all the proof of the failed transaction. All i want is the refund so i can re-order the item, how will my client even take the news that his money has been seized for two months for a failed transaction. How does Access bank expect any business that is based on importation of items that cannot be obtained within the country to survive!!!!!. Attached are the screenshots of the my chat with aliexpress customer agent and the reply i received this morning. I want nothing more than my refund before the end of the working day this week, The parcel is of utmost importance to my client that he included more than N50,000 just for quick delivery within 17days of placing the order and access bank wants to freeze the fund for two month without any right justification. Below is the Reply from access bank this morning,( I have personally sent another email this morning), The cancelled order and lastly my chat page with aliexpress customer care. My question now is how exactly do i resolve this issue within this week, and why is access bank policy anti-International purchase inclined?? Thank you.

Nigeria is always left in the dust of development and ever improving technology. Its a shame that some of us even prefer to wallow in it. Anyways I'll direct a bulk of the blame to the government for the intellectual and financial starvation of the populace. However the citizens are also to blame for allowing and empowering such greedy set of persons to determine and steer their future down this ugly path. |
Codes151:Well, it's good to know that you're happy with the 15 likes & shares, that doesn't change the fact that your post is flawed. Also for your sentence "U want to be used as a test medium abi?? " I'll strongly suggest you read a little on the Tesla car by Elon Musk's firm and the interest its generating . That should open your eyes that no body really gives a hoot about using Nigeria as a test ground for such cutting edge technology. What you're to expect is even for Nigeria to become a dumping ground (as usual) for the conventional vehicles they're using now, when they start phasing them out. |
teflonjake:For a country like Nigeria which has power issues, I think hybrid vehicles will lead the way to ease the transistion from internal combustion engine vehicles to purely electrical vehicles. And efficiency is paramount for these vehicles and they will obviously have lesser losses than the current set of vehicles we have now. Energy recycling such as regenerative braking will be part of it and reduction of weight to as to maximize energy usage. |
Codes151:I lack words to quantify how low this post is. Going by your analogy, you should have continued using bicycle which wouldn't cost you a dime to run instead of using a vehicle. For your information, in less than five decades, oil will be gone, I takes a visionaryvisionary person to see it and key into that opportunity. Electric and hybrid vehicles will soon replace the current conventional vehicles. Take it or leave it. |
