I wont disagree enugu has more institution dan kogi but base on d diference in creation of both state. Kogi has realy done well also.
Eg. Kogi st uni
Fed uni lokoja
Salem uni lokoja
Fed poly idah
Kogi st poly
COE ankpa
COE okene
Sch of health idah.
dis ar just govt owned institute.
Stil alot of privates institute but can't crack my brain namin dem nw
