Access Bank have increased their limit to $1500 per month as well. I was at their branch to get a new card yesterday but I was told that it is not availabe at the moment as they only have Verve cards. So you might want to get that handy as well.

But i tried purchasing some Domains today with access bank, it refused, i had to make use of other banks $20 limit.

First of all, i acknowledge what ever everyone believes in, therefore i don't see the reason why you should not acknowledge what ever i believe in.

Hi guys, over the past few weeks, I have received several DMs from people here, asking me to teach them GEO domaining, how I get my leads, what time I send my mails, what type of mail I use and so on.
Let me state it here again for the umpteenth time that I don't do GEOs. Infact, the last time I bought a GEO domain was December 2019 and the last time I did outbound was early 2020. I failed woefully while I was still dealing with GEO domains and I didn't make up to 10 sales. This made me switch to brandables coupled with the fact that I have a 9 - 5 job.
All the sales I have reported from mid 2020 till now are all inbound. So please, don't come to my DM to ask me any GEO related question.
For brandables, we can always relate and reason together but I must say this, you need just 3 things to succeed in the niche as with any other business.
1. Knowledge: Till today, I visit this domaining thread and Namepros more than 5 times everyday just to update myself. Then I visit other blogs like DNGeek, Abdulbasit, brandableinsider once a while. Also, I follow some top domainers on twitter and I set alert for there posts.
2. Patience: I have sold 8 domains so far this year and 7 out of the domains are over a year. If I have dropped them when they expired, obviously, I won't have made those sales. Yes, you can't renew all your names but know your names very well and know the ones that are worth keeping even if it takes time to sell
3. Consistency: Ever since I started domaining, there has never been a day that I have not been involved in domaining activities. It's either I am buying domains, listing at marketplaces, editing prices, renewing, changing nameservers, or even reading domaining blogs and forums. Some people will say they started domaining and took 6 or 9 months break, things don't work like that even in normal business world.
Let me end on this note, success in domaining happens over time and not overnight. Just make sure you are doing the right thing and continue doing it even if it takes time for you to get result.

I use crypto payout, it takes maximum 8hours at times for btc to reflect on your btc wallet.

And lastly I don't pay escrow fees, buyer pays.... Once its a transaction initiated by me, except on Dan. I let them know that.

Let me just drop this one here, its a little sale, but transaction just got completed.

I registered and sold this name previously for over $300 but buyer let it expire, and i saw it again on ed last year and registered it again, and reached out to others, some people replied but didn't follow up to complete the transaction. Decided to outbound it again and i got this reply for $99 i decided to accept it and initiated an escrow. Took buyer time to accept the transaction, but i continued mailing and sending messages to him, he accepted the transaction and delayed to pay, i continued mailing him, and he paid.

Sold the name for $99.

Let me drop this here because someone might benefit from this sales report.

Registered this domain and did a renewal last year, dont know what pushed me to register it, but major thing was that i loved the domain name and saw some potentials.

Outbounded it severally and got some good responses but not body paid.
So did a renewal, did December outbound no show, then decided to repeat an outbound again now and someone indicated interest for a lower price my Asking fee was $550. Asked the person for an offer and they sent $100, i said i won't sell but will only sell for $300 last. We engaged in series of mails trying to convince him how the transaction is genuine and why he needs the domain.

Finally initiated an escrow transaction for $300 with epik, and continued to convince the buyer why he should take it at my price.

Finally Got the mail from epik, buyer has paid and domain transferred.

The issue has resurfaced again after two days, till now they have checked the fused, traced current and even tired.... It will work and stop currently the windows are not working.
