I have a little complain about my corrola belt and have changed 4belts in less than 6days as they always cut. I have not used the car again since the last replacement 2days ago, as am afraid of the belt, mechanic have not been able to check why the belts are cutting off. Secondly a strange noise from my engine like a rattling sound, mechanic even said its the stainless round rings in the engine, which I gave him 7000 to change, but the noise is still there. Yesterday he called at work that it is the timing chain, which I gave him money to change, he changed it yesterday but the noise is still there. Am tired.

Buyer don pay Epik already cos the domain was purchased on Epik. That’s why I’ve been on their neck. Buyer eventually told me they weren’t happy I didn’t transfer the domain through them that’s why they want to refund him. If that’s the case, he asked me to allow them refund, so he pays me externally.

Why will you involve in such a nasty act, if you knew you wanted to deal with the buyer directly, why then involving an escrow. If they refund the buyer now and he refuses to give you your money, who will you blame? Sometimes, let's act rationally.

I don't blame epik here, but suggest you beg them to and show them proof of the domain transfer.

I just want to start using my sedo account actively now, they are asking me to set up payment method, evenwhen I haven't sold a domain. Though I want to ask who knows if Grey usd or pounds account works with sedo.

No be everydomain them they reduce price for, once I renew I increase.

I know reducing prices can bring in sales, but if a buyer likes a want a domain, especially geos a mid 500-999 or above won't stop them.

I sold many for 250 during early days, but now I noticed higher can be possible but not constant, especially when you don't ve time for outbounding.

Tokenize/Asset.com $1k via afternic. Interestingly I regd this domain in 2020. Renewed last year but failed to renew this year. Domain expired last month. Sent a mail to dynadot support and he replied I can still do a domain restore. Checked and saw the domain is still eligible to be restored at $89.99 USD which I did immediately.

Lesson here is if you believe in that domain, continue renewing. Sales is a matter of time.

Congratulations sir, very solid name and I have a similar name I bought from namepros aftermarket in 2019, though my price is a bit high, but am holding on to it. Even when I was about purchasing mine,the seller(a renowned seller) showed me an offer of 5kusd which he initially refused, from uni registry broker. Lol that one come make me rush the domain from the guy. Am still holding on to it and renewing because I hope to close on a higher price than that 5k usd. I don even forget how much I buy the name.

About some domainers that don't attend NamesCon, anyone may choose to attend or not.
Aside from officials and representatives from regristars, marketplaces, internet organisations and communities, most top domainers you see there are 'on invite' and were given a topic to talk on, some were even invited as a panelist.
So if they weren't invited and not their first time of gracing the annual event, why do they have to be there?

Why digressing, domainers can register and attend the Namescon conference, if you wish and its not just based on Invites.

I didn't talk about subevents or subregions conference. You are just shifting poles. We are discussing about NamesCon conference. And I am telling you the obvious facts.

Domaining is a digital assets and I don't see reason why we shouldn't do what we preach. Give a space for virtual participants on the conference. This same argument was raised on twitter, and i remember intelligent contributions from Doron and Yogi supporting virtual participation.

I can see you derive joy in unending arguments, please show me the virtual link for Namescon events for this year. We aren't talking about a different conference. You brought NamesCon and we are talking about NamesCon. Do you know how many investors that are facing covid fears, visa issues, logistics issues and why didn't they (NamesCon) learn from the covid experience. A room for a virtual participation would have helped the conference.

NamesCon claims its a conference for domainers, domain names are digital assets, why must it be just physical. What happens to virtual attendees and sending them conference materials if they are serious. Not always face to face.

You got some nice names, but the price is are asking for should be reseller price and 4k maybe too much for reseller price of geo names, which am sure you must have outbounded.

You must not get a response, what you want is a sale. Most times you outbound a name and after sometime you just see the sale message from marketplace.

I advice you keep outbounding.
