Majority are low income earners. These means they marry more and birth more. I'm yet to read breakthrough stories on Men delivering babies so definitely women are the ones dating, marrying and birthing for these men. Who is being dishonest now? Clearly women still date for character, potential or maybe love.

Like I have said earlier, using your properties as bait is logical but in the long run it has adverse effects on the dating world.
