Kaczynski:Tell me More! |
GloriousGbola:Good morning Egbon G.G Thanks for your help, I will try this too. Ese gan ni |
Tallesty1:Boda Tallesty1 Ermmmmm Outstanding means yet to be completed. Meaning it was more than 22k ![]() |
Summary please... I only came to see image of the poor man has prompted by your topic sentence 🥴 |
Anny69:Original follow come clowns who want to eat their cake and have it. |
idahme:Who and who is chastise you all? Like the audacity some of you have on this forum to box everybody up with your pathetic realities is nauseating! See mouth like chastise you all... Delusions of grandeur!Lol I stopped reading at first line...abeg get out! |
Sapasenator:I understand.. with time you will get over it (hopefully) May God be with Op. We have tried with helping him to dissect his issue ![]() |
folake4u:That cooler small. Op wan entertain us for open field you dey carry small cooler. Behold my own container of the day... No time ![]()

This one see girl ready to invest financially in a relationship with him but sex is his problem. Later they will say Nigerian girls have nothing to offer than sex. Mumu people |
folake4u:Sharp! ![]() Make I go file my teeth down for better chopping ![]() |
Sapasenator:That's heartbreaking... Sorry about that. I can only imagine how you must have felt. I sold my guitar in 2016 till today I still feel the pain of parting with it. Anytime I remember I feel a spare pierced through my heart. Not that I can't get another but it was my first property I got by myself with my savings So we can agree Op has two options, either he converts his car to commercial use. Or he sells it. He has a very high chance of regretting the later though. ![]() |
Magnoliaa:This girl is on 🔥🔥🔥🔥 ![]() You just dey give them gbasgbos this night ![]() |
Open Field ![]() Op abeg no forget to share location o ![]() |
Sapasenator:Oh... I missed that! Then 1m should go a long way if starting cost is limited to stocking the shop. However, I still don't agree with selling his car at least not now. 1) Op still wishes to use car, the chances of getting another is slim 2) Car is useful to them, he can use it for transport or Uber if he's up for it. 3) I generally do not buy the idea of selling properties to get things done. If he was investing or expanding his business it's considerable but starting a business? nahhh |
Sapasenator:That's true coming from another angle but imagine selling the car last year, it wouldn't be the same value he would now if he's selling. You are coming from a stable economy perspective while my approach is different. 1m is a big money no doubt but has a very low purchasing value in our recent economy. Getting a good shop in a good location can cost 200-350k to start with. Then you fix electricity ,decorate it to be attractive etc . And if the business includes importation that one na die. Op should pack his car somewhere, when things go down he can sell but for now if he doesn't want to lose all, he should relax. Selling his car to pay off debt sounds extreme, I'm focusing on that because that's the only constant I can see here. |
Mr Controller abeg help us control the economy nah ![]() |
Do not sell your car, I repeat do not sell your car! The only and urgent need you have is 500k debt it shouldn't be a reason to sell a car worth 3million . There's no guarantee that business will thrive, and that 1 million naira left with you is not sustainable either. Look for a way to clear your debt and let your asset be. The value for your car may increase in the future and running a business may be easier then. For now please stay away from selling your properties with the hope of starting a business. |
GloriousGbola:Just saw this I will and get back Thank you |
GloriousGbola:Yes it has but it's says I'm not eligible to free download, I tried to register and fill more details to be eligible but got stuck at siteID . Tried to reach out to their support but not successful either. It's frustrating. |
GloriousGbola:Let me too ask my question. Please I've been trying to download VMware workstation pro from Broadway for a while all to no avail, can you please put me through? Or suggest any other free hypervisor. I'm currently using Virtual box but it's kind of limiting me. Please emphasizes on FREE edakun |
Zonefree:Only if it doesn't make sense to you. |

Young Men are coping because they are married to working young Women. Your friend will only tell you "Na God dey run am" like the usual answer Men give when they don't want to give their women some accolades. God dey run am true true but nah through person he go take run am. |
What did the husband do? Why didn't he run for safety? How can a 28 years old lady overpower a 31 years old man? I have not heard the woman's side of the story, how can I judge? Finally, you yes you who support domestic violence when women are victims, how do you feel reading this post now that a man is a victim? |
Lol... Estates wey them no plaster their insides ![]() They play my fans ![]() |
Nazgul:Lol I stopped using religion as a yardstick to judge people long ago . Naz use your money to chop Chicken Republic ![]() Or wait till you travel out to countries you can hold people accountable if they mismanage your business. Where there are professional managers with intention to grow your business and grow their portfolios. In Nigeria, it's how they will make sure you don't remember you own the business is what they will be looking for. |
Gerrard59: ![]() I know a man can't provide all, I'm willing to support/chip in but not I'm not entering a sharing percentage contract ![]() Very simple |
Nazgul:Running a business is not a menial job Naz. By running I don't mean the workers but the person who sees to the entire affairs of the business. Getting workers is easy, getting a Manager isn't. Hausas have proven to be considerate and loyal, I'm saying this base on experience that's why I suggested that. But you need an educated one if you want your company to be up to standard and date. In all, If you know you won't be there to run it, abeg abort. People are just to self-centered and callous these days. I'm also speaking from experience, I lost a lot to that this year. |
Gerrard59:Softlife baby ! 🧖🛀🪂🏂🌮🥨🌭🍗🎌🇦🇺🇨🇺🇨🇿👠✈️🎠🍸🍺🍻💅 |
