Cos I had 35k debited from my account last week, same UBA, I wanted heading to the bank Today but couldn't because of the strike so I had to search UBA on NL search bar to check if someone else has similar issues, then I came across this post

It should be over a month now if not close to two and the deduction was on my business account.

I honestly don't know what's going on with the bank, the other time it was a cooperate account levy they removed twice and refused to refund.

My dear, I Just tire. It is very annoying. I don check my balance several times sef, them never reverse am. This country stresses me too much. Pftt!

I wanted to withdraw 40k today but only got 30k and the security personnel said there's limit of 30k daily. I complained about getting debit of 40k and he said they'd revert, till now I never see anything oh.

I sent a mail to the headquarters and I got that response. At first they denied it then I sent screenshots of my app, alert notification and my statement then they responded saying that nonsense. Someone said I should go to the bank and change it for them . I will do that when I go to update my account Sha .. going to bank really isn't my thing that's my problem. But I will..

Why remove 40k when there's a limit, shouldn't it just reject the whole transaction? I don't understand. Hopefully they will reverse the 10k but can the system do such mental sum of take away and give change? Lol 😂😂😂 this country ehn.

UBA commot 33k for my account, them talk say nah money I received in error. I try to trace if I received money "in error" I no see anything . Na gun remain make banks dey carry now.
