It is not just one age group these days. I see ladies well into their late 20s engaging in juvenile trends. It is mind boggling.

I wrote on this cruise recently. Husbands are not left out either. "Is your husband single? Asking for a friend". Some are cruise, many are not. I find it distasteful, but I can understand the attraction to a "well positioned" man.

I don't pay much attention to celeb gists as well but if you are on Twitter, you must have stumbled on their couple pictures at least ONCE.

I don't follow him on Twitter as well but his posts appear on my feed by virtue of followers on my timeline retweeting his posts.

He dated that Igbo travel blogger babe, Alma Asinobi. They looked good together sha, were always traveling to countries together, he'd play the piano for her and she'd sing. I heard they broke up. I don't know what went wrong.

When he won this Guinness World Record, some of his fans went to her page to troll her that she didn't congratulate him on his victory.

*Work his butt off to pay bills and take care of the wife and kids

* After working hard in the daytime to make money, he is also expected to work hard at night to satisfy madam in bed otherwise, madam will not be happy with him and you know when madam is unhappy, the whole house is not at peace

* He's not expected to enjoy himself by going out with friends to the bar to drink one or two bottles of beer like he did when he was single, otherwise, he is termed irresponsible man.

Both created a plot hole that needed to be filled. Given that it happened in Nigeria, the principle of Occam's Razor dictates that the hookup-gone-wrong explanation is not so far-fetched.

That said, RIP to the lady. Depression is as DEADLY as any physiological disease out there.

Her friends and families should have advised her to stay put wherever she was before coming back to Nigeria. They are more likely to be equipped to treat her than Nigerian institutions.
