Since the case is in court, at the next seating, inform the court of the trespass and ask for injunction to stop further trespass. Also, go to the land and write "Not For Sale" Case already in Court.
That will scare buyers away

By trespass you mean what exactly ? I'd have said maybe you get another lawyer but the matter being in court isn't cant act as an automatic Injunction so find out if the Court has granted an Injunction usually (interim) pending the determination of the suit, if yes then your lawyer should inform the Court of the issue on the next adjourned date of the matter.
