I don't think they are still legally married, but I have the feelings they'll marry. Why? Sansa admitted that Tyrion was the best of all the men she married. Also, where Tyrion kissed her hand during the long night war.

hmm! u maybe right though, I had similar experience trying to cross the rail track at ikeja.unknowing to me a train was coming and I was walking on the track ,people along where making gestures to me alerting me a train was so close,I was lucky to escape that accident.I will say being absentminded kills faster in cases like this.
