You truly get the firsthand understanding of how it works. For me after much experience about it,I just catch my fun when the sleep paralysis gets hold of me , I just laugh and rest even proper that way I defeat fear and restlessness , in due time it goes away without your knowledge.
From my small research l found out that this WALL GECKO causes such ,it hangs just right above you and tilt it's tails somehow,until it leaves that's when u get relieve from that attack, since then I exterminate every wall gecko I sight in my house , I hate that creature now to the call. During when we where little our seniors back then do tell us not to kill them but the reason not yet known to me.
