If indeed this guy is a lawyer, I will suggest his victims should petition legal practitioners disciplinary committee for appropriate sanctions. There is no doubt that this write up was done by someone that has sympathy for BDC. it is a well known fact that BDC has lost their relevance to our economy. BDCS are not contributing anything to our economy but are rather being used as a vehicle to launder money and equally engage in round tripping.
