There is always cause and effect. Anyone who steals is a thief, whether they are hungry or not but in real life, I have to distinguish between what is the ideal and what is the idea. Theory is not always possible. Sociologists study human social behaviour to tell us what people will do when something happens. I can preach morality by telling people to stop stealing but what are the leaders doing? Are they stealing or thinking about those lives they are affecting when they make life unbearable for everyone?Are they thinking when they steal the future of the country through rigging before election, bad policies after elections and telling us to pray when they are seeing what is going wrong?
