Following the Dismissal by the Supreme Court on the PDP's appeal against the February 23rd 2019 Elections that announced APC's Muhammadu Buhari as Winner, the flag Bearer for the PDP in that election, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has reacted.

In an Emotion laden tone, oma had followed closely with his facebook post and below are extracts.



"Supreme Court Judgement, Can Nigeria Continue Like This?

It is said that the Supreme Court is not final because it is infallible, but that it is infallible because it is final. While I believe that only God is infallible everywhere, and only Nigerians are infallible in our democracy, I must accept that the judicial route I chose to take, as a democrat, has come to a conclusion.

Whether justice was done, is left to the Nigerian people to decide. As a democrat, I fought a good fight for the Nigerian people. I will keep on fighting for Nigeria and for democracy, and also for justice.

I thank all Nigerians who have stayed the course since the commencement of trial in the petition on the February 23 presidential election.



The judgement is part of democratic challenges we must face as a nation.

The Nigerian judiciary, just like every estate of our realm, has been sabotaged and undermined by an overreaching and dictatorial cabal, who have undone almost all the democratic progress the Peoples Democratic Party and its administrations nurtured for sixteen years, up until 2015.

Can Nigeria continue like this? Recently, former United States Assistant Secretary of State for Africa, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, averred that Nigeria had rolled back the democratic gains she made in 2015. When democracy is rolled back, the economy, the society and the judiciary will not be far behind. Today, the nail has been put on the coffin and the gains we collectively made since 1999 are evaporating, and a requiem is at hand.



In a democracy, you need a strong judiciary, a free press and an impartial electoral umpire. Nigeria has none of those three elements as at today.

One man, one woman, one youth, one vote, should be the only way to make gains in a democracy. And when that is thwarted, the clock starts to tick.

Two and a half millennia ago, Sophocles said “If we are to keep our democracy, there must be one commandment: “Thou shalt not ration justice.” Nigeria will do well to observe this warning.

To those who think they have broken my spirit, I am sorry to disappoint you. I am too focused on Nigeria to think about myself. I gave up that luxury twenty years ago. The question is not if I am broken. The question is if Nigeria is whole?



This is not a time for too many words. It will suffice for me to remind Nigeria of this - we are an independent nation and we are the architects of our fate. If we do not build a free Nigeria, we may end up destroying her, and God forbid that that should be the case.

I was a democrat, I am a democrat, and I will always continue to be a democrat. May God bless Nigeria".

Further Investigations by Police in the UK has revealed all 39 People found dead in the refrigirated truck container are believed to be Chinese nationals.



These 39 Bodies were said to have been found in the container in the early hours of Wesnesday Morning, in an Industrial park in Essex, East of London, after a local ambulance service alerted the Police.

That is, Say you make a Cash Transfer, Banks would cut around #50 plus vat from your money per transaction, then your network provider would charge you per 20 seconds for using their network for the same transaction. Meaning Double Wahala for deadi-body. Of course Final Consumers and the common man are the deadi-body in question.

Recall he was shot at in year 2015. Daughter to Ibraheem Zakzaky says it may have been shrapnel or residue of the bullets left in the Shia Islamic leader of Nigeria IMN after he was diagnosed of possibly lead poisoning in the India Hospital he is at receiving medical attention althoug he complains of poor Standards in the India Hospital and also complaining police men were manning doors to his Health facility where he is lodged at in India.

According to BBC, El Zakzaky is suffering from lead and cadmium poisioning that may be from shrapnel in his body.



Ibraheem Zakzaky and hundreds of other people were arrested in 2015 after Nigerian Security forces stormed headquaters of Zakzaky's Islamic Movement in Nigeria IMN.

According to BBC, over 350 people were killed at the time.

Coming out from Custody since 2015 with permission to seek medical treatment in India, the Sheiks daughter Suhaila Zakzaky said the Poisioning may be as a result of Shrapel in his body "from when he was shot in 2015 when the Nigerian Security raided our home.

Suhaila Zakzaky further revealed her father had an eye operation In Nigeria to remove shrapnel lodged in one of his eyes but his sight had been declining ever since after the operation.



Talking to the BBC's Focus on Africa, ms Zakzaky said she was concerned about his condition :

"I am really worried.... especially because of the lead and cadmium poisioning. His doctors says if he gets to a certain level his organs could start failing and that is really scary because that means he could just die at any moment.".

Although a medical report had earlier been received by an Indian Shia group offering to pay all Zakzaky's Medical bills at Medanta Hospital in India, the Sheik is unhappy that armed police were outside his room and that he was not able to be treated by his own chosen Doctors.

We just woke up one early morning to start seeing unannounced mergers between two Seperate Entities.

Within a twinkle of an eye I had started to see Access Bank and Diamond Bank Logos fused together as one and it was as if nobody said anything about it or absolutely Nothing happened and Life went on.



What I dont understand tho is how and why an independently functional Healthy looking bank within a twinkle of an eye would be taken over by another bank we thought wouldnt have matched standing with themselves by any critetia or indicies whatsoever.

True we know every bank has that minimum deposit with NDIC and its quick to argue Depositors funds are safe, but that seems not deterant enough to curb excesses and Rascality in the Banking Sector.

Banking like every other Profession has its core ethics, we have so many rascals today in the Banking sector that are not supposed to be thousands of miles anywhere close to where they mention Banking.



We must go back to era when banking was on strict ethics and principles. We must groom more Book-keepers, Auditors, Sincere Accountants with a zeal only burning for the people.

These days all we have in banking sector are square pegs in round holes. A lot of rascals who dont even know nothing about banking being Directors in same Sector, Directing and Master minding Frauds, Scams and Financial Crimes.

We have Bank Executives Executing deals that were not thoroughly thought through and it collapses in the middle of it.

This is what it is for me.

I had a Bank Account with Intercontinental Bank..

Only God knows what happened to Intercontinental Bank during Erastus Akingbola's Time as CEO . Same time Cecilia Ibru was at Oceanic Bank.

All of a sudden I just started to get text messages from Access Bank from nowhere they had acquired Intercontinental Bank.



So, what it means is that I didnt open an account with Access Bank, But Access Bank Bought me over from Intercontinental Bank.

Now, we are not even anything close to getting over the Hangover Access Bank Accusation of Intercontinental Bank, booom, Access Bank is on Diamond Bank Again.

What is Access Bank doing that other Banks are not doing?

Are there other banks out there just running afloat without us knowing they are just 2 seconds away from liquidating.

Banks Should not run bad debts, it hurts the Economy badly and the common man on the street pays alot of those expenses.



Banking should be genuine to empower the people and not ever yielding interest rates that enslaves people and put them in misery and bondage.

Banks should have human face. Banks should be friendly with the Economy not stifle it.

Banking Administrators and Banking Policy formulators should see to it that these banks redistributes wealth and not hoarding them for the highest bidders.

President Buhari had gotten to Daura to Celebrate Sallah Festivities with his kinsmen.



The rumours started flying around social Media that Daura is now a Haven of some sort.

People trying to tarnish the APC led administration by painting portraits how Buhari had Built Daura. The Rumour was spreading fast like wild fire.

Well, the Leaders of the Daura Emirate has expressed to President Buhari how thy truly feel about the State of Power Generation and Distribution in the Country.

Buhari is visiting a certain area, PHCN makes that point a Piority One Line.

Buhari Being in Daura attending to Visitors ranging from the Political class to the Religious and Traditional class apparently tells you All the Power was in Daura.



Daura Elders have come out to say, Daura only enjoys 24hours power supply only when President Buhari is in Daura.

To Imply that, Power supply gets better in certain areas only under certain conditions. Some sort of hanki panki in the power sector. Some sort of gimmicks and tricks.

Babatunde Fashola, President Buhari, PHCN and all the other Stake Holders in the Power Sector must Realise that Shifting power around or Rotating Power is never Solution to Nigeria's Power Crisis.

Only True Commitment to Better Power Generation and Supply In Nigeria can Sustain Credible Achievements in the Power Sector under this Buhari Led APC Administration.



Power in Daura and indeed in every other part of Nigeria must be 24hours per day / 7 days a week. With or without the President Visiting there.

If President Buhari at this time can Provide the People with Power, i mean Uninterupted Electricity Supply, History Books would rate him Greatest Ever Nigerian President.

Lip service should be far from Power Stability in Nigeria. Only Genuine Commitment to Power Generation and Distribution in Nigeria can Solve 80% of Economic Depression the local Economy faces today.

Dedication to Power Generation and Supply to the Nigerian People could serve as the Only Stimulus This APC led Administration owes the Country to Stimulate the Economy.

If President Buhari has told the CBN not to suppourt anybody with a single Penny from government coffers for purpose of importing food, The President should also know that Local farmers need Sufficient and affordable Electricity to process their Farm Produce.

These Policies should be in tandem Pari -Pasu, not strangling availability of forex for importation and have the local economy not producing.

They should pay more Attention to Power Generation rather than clossing the boders.

If the is Power and People are gainfully employed, The borders and indeed the whole of Nigerian territorial space would be free most MOST sorts of Importation.

Power is needed for sustainable production. Once there is no power, Production declines and tends to zero.

Power Crisis must be faced Heads on once and for all

News coming out from Kogi state politics suggest Yahaya Bello might not have gained as much clout and popularity as expected over his tenure and hence the ruling All Progressives Congress not wanting to relinguish power in Kogi state might be courting a more Popular politician Dino Melaye to come over to the APC.

Outraged graced the open endorsement of Yahaya Bello by President Muhammadu Buhari when Yahaya Bello had paid him a courtesy visit to announce for his re-elections.

Political Analyst believes the Ruling APC might have gotten the message and hence decided to start courting Dino to leave the PDP for the APC, Especially now that his erstwhile Godfather Bukola Saraki is no more relevant in the scheme of events.



This was predicated on events that unfolded concerning how the Federal Govetnment responded in terms of the late Mother of the Kogi State Senator during her Butial rites.

President Muhammadu Buhari had personally written a letter to convey Federal Governments Condolence to the Melaye's.

Dino Melaye took to his twitter handle to display such sensitive letter from his Excellency, Executive President, Federal Republic of Nigeria on the occasion of the Burial of the mother to the Kogi State PDP Senator.

It is left to see how Dino Melaye would respond to this Troygian Horse gesture extended to the Melaye's by the ruling APC Federal Government.

One of the Greatest Nigerian Problems is that of chasing shadows and leaving substance.

If that isnt the case, How then can such a high profile have been reported murdered only to have a National debate as to tribe and ethnicity of her supposed muderers.



In more civilised climes, less than 24hours, perpetrators of such dastardly act would have been apprehended and brought to book to face Justice.

Funke Fasorati, Daughter of Pa Fasoranti, one of the topmost Afenifere Leaders was killed by masked gunmen according to eyewitness report.

Her Driver and her maid narrated their ordeals.

The story was that thier vehicle was attacked by Masked Gunmen. A bullet hit Funke Fasoranti according to drivers testimony

Their vehicle had been shot at, causing for the vehicle to hit the culvets and sulmersult. The maid and driver were said to have taken to their hills after crawling out the vehicle but Funke had already been hit by a bullet.



What is most irritating in all of this is what discuss has hit the front burners.

From politicising the killing, to tribalising the killers.

One part has said she was killed by Fulani Herdsmen/Bandits, while others have said she was Assasinated and her murder could have been politically motivated

Whatever the case is, the Nigerian Police owes the Nation to bring the papetrators of this evil to justice and this is the common ground most of those that have physically gone to offer their condolence to Pa Fasoranti seem to agree on.

From President Muhammadu Buhari, to former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Kayode Fayemi and even ordinary nigerians do agree that the perpetrators must be brought to book.

What Side of the divide is she to take.

Modele Fatoyinbo, Wife of Biodun Fatoyinbo the Embattled Senior Pastor of the Commonwealth Of Zion Assembly COZA seems to be in a dilema.

Recall that Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo has been in the centre of the storm of Allegation bothering around Raping Busola Dakolo, Wife to Timi Dakolo.



The rape allegation led to a robust response from the Pastor and the Church he Shepards. In his response, Biodun Fatoyinbo denied ever raping anybody either when he was still an unbeliever nor when he joined the body of Christ wholeheartedly.

Going by wide spread condemnation and having the matter trend and gener suppourt for the Dakolo's, Biodun Fatoyinbo Decided to Take a Leave of Absence and apparently leaving the affairs of church to the next in heiriechy whom happens to be Biodun's wife, Modele.

Modele since assuming this post has tried to hold sway for her Husband pending when the matter dies a natural death.

To be Honest, Modele is doing her best to hold it together not after some of the confessions from Busola Dakolo whom had said in an attempt for Biodun to have sex with her, Biodun had described his wife as a "Cold-Dead Fish" who does not appeal to him sexually no more.



Here is the Same Modele trying her best to hold grounds for her Husband while he is away.

Would Modele Stand with the Dakolo's or with her Husband?

Well, its a difficult and though decision to make.

Presiding over Sunday Service at the Headquaters of the COZA Church in Guzape Abuja, Modele had affirmed her Husband was still the father of all COZA Churches worldwide.

Speaking Further to the COZA Congregation, Modele said to them " who ever does not celebrate her Husband can not be her friend". Reiterating that her husband had mentored her and several others to build their confidence in Public Speaking.



Whatever the Case, Modele is sure inbetween the Devil and deep blue sea as no side she takes right now is favourable to her. She can not ditch her Husband to Stand with the Dakolo's at this moment even tho standing with the Dakolo's is the most popular Place to stand.

I salute her courage and dogedness and Resolve to stand with her husband in this trying times.
