My colleague has the post paid meter in his apartment.

So the NEPA guys went to read the meter (as if they ever giver to turn the meter). So the end up giving him a bill of N140.00. The guy simply went with N200.00 denomination and the cashier pleaded he allow them carryover the change as it is too poor. While others without meters are paying between N3,000 - N7,000 monthly, my guy sometimes stay 2 months without bill.

I met a friend who has the prepaid metre installed in his business premises, he said he paid N60,000 and the meter was supplied within one month whereas those who paid the normal price have waited for upward of one year.
