If Buhari's failure in the first term is blamed on ill health and he spent more days on hospital bed than on presidential seat yet they want him for a second term only if ill health permits?

They should write a letter to his health requesting for permission.

That's how the change can make this country better. APC Hires without pay. But PDP hired and paid. So I don't know which is a better set.
