The two options are allowed under APC constitution
Use indirect primaries for governorship candidate selection and direct primaries for national assembly candidate selection

America national DEBT is around $17 trillion please divide it by their 400,000,000 population = $42,500 per citizen

APC should bargain with governors to use indirect primaries ( their preference )for governorship candidate selection and use direct primaries (senators preference) for senate and and house of representative aspirant selection, its a win win situation
