Abeg, anybody here familiar with Okex or using it currently? I need help on how to go about the level 2 verification on Okex, I used my national Id, but i guess since its a slip and not card, the app won't verify or recognize it, and I need to finish the level two verification before commencing any transaction otherwise I won't be allowed to take out funds

Ps: I only have national Id as means of identification
