damble:
So, LP has just 7 elected senators and dont make us rest that their mandate was stolen? I am sure LP was rubbed in Rivers and those that wanted to vote for them couldnt in some few parts of lagos... Aside this, I dont believe LP and PDP were rubbed elsewhere apart from the under age voters that north is known for.... At this juncture, everyone should just join hands with Tinubu so he can start working for all...

One thing is certain, when you compare Tinubu with other candidates, you will realize is a kind of a leader that some cabals cannot be dictating tooo... He will most certainly be in charge
Those that also wanted to vote for Apc were not allowed too in the east

We are your masters you know! We are so enlightened we can see a serious and productive President from light years away, something most of you in big villages can't see.

But Obi is still our President at heart. But for now may we share in the comedy. grin grin

I just love comedies, now we have one as a ..... comedian.
Yes, you will need the comedy to relieve you of the pain you have been subjected to for voting a failure.

Tinubu "won" But Nigeria Mourns

Nigerians especially the indigenous people had opted for a New Nigeria for a number of reasons but most people are shortsighted. I can tell you that Tinubu "won" but Yoruba, Igbo, Ijaw, Hausa, Efik, Igala, Southern Kaduna, Benue, Plateau etc lost big. No one won except Tinubu.
Tinubu can't fight the evil he is a part of. The cry, the condolences, the burials unfortunately will continue because nothing actually has changed. We have got into a more dangerous situation. Tinubu by the virtue of his desperate lifestyle, party affiliation, mental strength, religious affiliation lacks the will to stand and even look at the faces of the monsters destroying and killing Nigerians. It's a matter of time those who think they've won will realize we have all actually lost. Tinubu's government is a spaceship heading to an unknown destination, pray it doesn't end in Afghanistan.
you mourning

PoliticsRe: Peter Obi Forced Atiku Abubakar Into Political Retirement. by puremaker7(m): 5:50am On Mar 01, 2023
ImperialYoruba:
Peter Obi betrayed Atiku.

Atiku elevated him politically in 2019, and stood by him against SE opposition and call for Atiku to drop Obi. When in 2023 Atiku needed support, Peter Obi did not only abandon him in PDP, he left for a different platform to compete against his trusted benefactor 4yrs ago.

Someone told me yanminri does not believe in serving under anyone. Rather than serve in a winning alliance, yanmiri would rather stand alone in a struggling loss. He would then turn around and proclaim his loss as a act of bravery, just before he would begin a regimen of complaining bitterly about his loss.

Peter Obi branched out of PDP when he saw he would loose primary. He went to LP and stepped over those before him to become boss. He has lost a winning strategy for PDP. He has lost LP.

Atiku will retire from seeking the Presidency. Peter Obi will not have a chance against the next generation of contestants in PDP. Saraki, Mark, Tambuwal, Wike, and so on. It is likely Yusuf Datti Ahmed will return to PDP to contest. Moreover, LP will not field Obi in next election.

Obi will become the new Atiku, spend the next 20yrs chasing Presidency and not getting it.

Hausa people go say a garin neman gira, an rasa ido. In the effort to beautify the eyebrow, the eye was blinded.

PoliticsRe: FCT: A Run Off Is Likely by puremaker7(m): 2:22am On Mar 01, 2023
OAM4J:
No. You must still win majority of the votes from the 36 states AND FCT and have min 25% from 24 states.

But like I wrote earlier, I don't think Abuja is special and different from other states. So there will be no rerun specially for Abuja.
Thank you
PoliticsRe: FCT: A Run Off Is Likely by puremaker7(m): 1:58am On Mar 01, 2023
OAM4J:
Lol. How are you my friend Point B? It's been a while.

On the subject matter, I think you are misplacing the AND. I think what the section mean is scoring at least 25% in any 24 states of the (36 states AND FCT). The AND is only joining FCT to the already established 36 states making it technically "37 states".

I don't think it means a special 25% must be scored in FCT.

Abuja has the status of a state. Being a federal territory,The 'governor' is the president who administer it through a ministerial appointee.

So if you score majority votes and 25% in any of the 24 of the '37 states' (original 36 states AND FCt) you win.

Now ... If for a moment you are right about Abuja having a special status requiring special 25% , then the rerun will only be between APC and PDP and only in FCT since FCT special requirement is the problem. But I don't believe the writers of the constitution mean that.
Now anybody that win Abuja will be declared abi?

Give Igbos their own international sea port and they will leave lagos ... Strictly business...most of you forgot that lagos is mixed in terms of religion and the biggest churches in nigeria are in the west...Tinubu did not only lost lagos because Igbos voted for their brother...but also because the Muslim-muslim ticket was a red flat for christians...yorubas voted for Obi too..

Some of you also forget that lagos was a former capital of Nigeria...hence another reason it is full of mix tribes

In conclusion, just give the south south their own international sea port and see how Igbos will shift their businesses peacefully from Lagos.

Igbos go to a foreign land to do businesses, become successful and the jealousy crips in...instead of been envious, try and work hard...no be to wake up every morning and be shouting "owo mi da" ...agbero
Shishi you will not get with this kind of hatred politics you are paying.
