I couldn't read it here because of the spacing and I thought it would be different on your site, but the format was the same.

Please learn to space your work, try writing in blocks of 3-4 sentences depending on the length of each sentence. This way, a reader can quickly scan the write-up for the parts they want.

I'm saying this because, I don't read everything in a text, especially those areas where, for lack of a better word, you ‘beat around the bush’ (it's actually called ‘fluff’). Many people on the internet skim through to the important part.

Without those spaces, you'd lose lots of readers. I hope you take this as constructive criticism and improve your writing.

For instance, the other day, I went to the market to buy a water bottle to use when I go out to play lawn tennis.

The first shop I entered, I saw two water bottles that I admired. One was sky-blue and the other was stainless steel.

I asked the guy for his opinion, because the blue one had designs that made it look like something a nursery School student would use, but he was focused on a sports newspaper. I asked the second time, he said “hmm hmm”, eyes still on the paper.

I left the shop like it was an explosion scene, didn't look back. I entered the next shop and bought the flask.

I really don't care if the previous guy was from a certain region or not, neither did I try to school him in how a real trader should treat customers. Screw that, he lost my business!

If you're selling to me, at least RESPECT my money.

In summary, you are carrying love in a large tray on your head to hawk around someone, they are not responding ... Suck it up and look for another buyer.

I've been watching this debate from the sidelines for sometime now and here's my take.

There's no need being pro-men or pro-women, people are good, bad, ugly, and every shade in between.

One time I hinted that I'd take a certain girl out when I'm less busy and barely an hour later she had money issues.

I simply said ‘No!’ because my time is valuable too, I can't be paying someone to spend time with me, irrespective of their gender!

Now, are ALL women like that? Hell No!

I've met some women who paid my transport, bought me a la casera, etc. Do I expect that from every woman I meet? No.

I've also received favours from men too. Does this happen all the time, are ALL men generous to fellow men? No.


At one time, I sent JUST N400 airtime to my guy, and he didn't call to say thank you till 5 days later (yes, I counted. I can be petty at times). Did I get upset? A bit, but from that day he stopped being a fellow I would go out of my way to help. Pop, plain, simple. Nothing to do with gender!

Yes, I'm a NICE guy, but I have strong boundaries.

In summary, what I'm saying is that people are full of sh!t. When I interact with people, my job is to filter them based on their actions.

If I can't endure something from someone long term, I cut them off. Babies throw tantrums, adults address the issue.

In the case of this girl in question, she just lacks gratitude, and that's not a one-gender issue.

The guy should cut her off and move on, no need to drag everyone into this.
