I know my dads brothers and sisters (I have been calling them on phone)but they keep saying I should go back to my parents and get the answer from them... They also keep asking how I knew; and I tell them its just how am being treated to protect the identity of the person that told me.

Someone said “Apple cider vinegar” that is really good. Try tree tea oil or lemon oil or African black soap and just stay away from dairy.

It helps you calm, I was once like you with massive OCD symptoms, I have literally stayed in a room without stepping out for one week that's how my own reach. I had crazy anxiety problem and hot tempered until my 2nd year when I first took weed since then I'm always calm and haven't had any trouble with anyone though I'm still very introverted

Op you just have to learn to control your emotions, being angry can sometimes ruin tings for you. You just have to breathe and learn to walk away over situations you can control. Mediating helps too, just channel your anger into one thought and let it go.
