LukasPodolski:

the fact that you think Lagos is not a Yorubaland shows that you are blockhead fellow.

you said Lagos is a Bini land, I've never seen a Bini man either in real life or on the internet lay claim to Lagos State, though we have it in history that they had a settlement after the Aworis already settled in Lagos (they left later on), it's only you shameless ibo attaching Bini people to Lagos... I don't understand why, perhaps most of you easily get jealous of Lagos being in Yorubaland, don't you think you guys can use this shame energy u used in talking trash about Lagos to develop a megacity in igboland?

why is it that you don't hear Hausa people, Ijaw, Bini fulani urhobo e.t.c say Lagos is a no man's land? it's simply because they have values and self respect which you guys lack.

who are the Aworis?
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Awori_tribe

awori people are just like every other Yoruba group, ijebu, egba, ikale, ekiti, igbomina e.t.c everyone is under the same umbrella called Yoruba, saying Awori people are not Yoruba is just like saying Ekiti or egba people are not Yoruba.
in addition, Awori people are not the only Yoruba subgroup in Lagos, The ijebus occupies Ikorodu, Ajah and ibeju-lekki.

calling those places you listed in your earlier comment developed and thinking we don't have places that looks nicer than them here or up north is outrightly stupid.

I don't know what is obtainable in afikpo or whatever is isn't in Ikerre-Ekiti, Ede, Even my town Omu-Aran not to talk of.
Shagamu
ijebu-ode
Oyo city
Ilesha
Ikorodu
Agbara
ile-ife
Ogbomoso
Oore
Ondo city
Sango Ota
Offa
Iwo
ibafo
Mowe
Owo

bragging about these towns and cities in Nigeria (maybe apart from Lagos/Abuja) is stupid as we still have a long way to go.

go to Ogun state and you tens of developing towns, people are moving away from Lagos.

Eyaaa so this is the towns or villages you want to use and compare the Cities I ealearl mentioned. I have been to all these villages and there is nothing special there. Even Ibadan is a big for nothing City with clusters of 1960 buildings and brown roofs not to talk of Ogbomosho. Stop disgracing yourself, travel for once in your life. Exposure is everything. I saw a thread the other day when one of your kindsmen was comparing Abuja to Tokyo and I was so ashamed, he just showed the world he gave never travelled outside before before no traveller will ever compare Abuja and Tokyo. I will be willing to accommodate You and drive you round these Cities if you are willing. I will do it free of charge all I want you to do is to travel and be exposed.

apart from Onitsha, how do you call these places developed for goodness sake?

Like I said earlier exposure is your problem. It is very obvious you haven't been to all these places once in your life.

Ogun state alone has more industries than any state in the Sad East. Infact Ogun generate more revenue than all the states in the sad East.

Audio watch, you guys have been saying we should wait and watch the SE since 1991 when the FCT moved from Lagos.

You develop Lagos and yet none of your state can measure up to her in all indices. Seems a lot of you in that side think with your mouth.

How can I develop somewhere that 100% better than where I come from and leave my house to be far behind where I develop?

That’s exactly how you developed Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Pakistan, and Peru.

Although the development is mostly felt in their prisons.

Ibo Kwenu!
The simple problem you have is lack of exposure
I am a traveller and I have travelled to atleast 30 States in Nigeria. So I am in the better position to tell you the States which are more developed than others. Tell me aany other City in the South West excluding Lagos which belongs to the Binis and Aworis that can beat these Cities in terms of development
Orlu in Imo State
Nnewi in Anambra State
Aba in Abia State
Onitsha in Anambra State
Asaba in Delta State
Nsukka in Enugu State
Afikpo in Ebonyi State
Ekwulobia in Anambra State
Obosi in Anambra State
Just mention them let people who have travelled help us to compare them.

Travel You no gree na to sidon for Ogbomosho cave and be reeling our useless analysis.

Why should the Yorubas run to a place where millions of the inhabitants are running away from?

The SW is enough for them or they travel abroad to hustle and succeed which explained why the Yoruba constitute the largest Nigerian ethnicity in the UK.

Economy, Entertainment, industry, finance, IT, FinTech, Insurance, diversity, and etc is domiciled in the West.

So why should anybody leave all these things and go to the East?

Does it make any sense to migration pattern?

Which South West be specific
Call Lagos let know where you are talking about
Apart from Lagos which other City in South West is viable.
Wait and watch the East in few years to come we will know the people who have made Lagos what it is today.

Mind you people did not fled East, the least community in the East is more developed than many State Capital of South Western States apart from Ikeja Lagos.

I love this women because she is a detribalised Igbo woman . Sadly , her kinsmen will need a VISA to come into SW because Southwest and even the WHOLE OF NORTH IS SIGNIFICANT to their SURVIVAL ......While SE is soooooo INSIGNIFICANT to Yorubas Survival. I keep saying this , in ALL my years , I have NEVER met a Yoruba man that speak Igbo or lived in Igboland..... AGAIN, NEVER in my life while I have met MILLIONS of Ibos ALL OVER Southwest and Millions more in the NORTH. WHY are these dudes RUNNING from their region??

Yeah that is because Yourubas hardly take risk, they hardly exploit and they are Industrious in nature. If they have these mentioned attributes there is nothing that will make larger percentage of Yorubas to remain in South West. Come to my town and see the number of Hausas living and doing business there.

Who the hail is this, do you know what those startups you mentoned are going through in Nigeria because of unfavourable business environment, do you know the number of startups which has liquidated, just visit techpoint and do a quick check. The truth is that the little you see Nigeria Youth doing is as a result of dogged spirit we have and the spirit of never give up. Yes we are in a country full of Opportunities but then we have a useless government with achaic politicies hurting all the positive step the Youth are taking. There may be Nigeria Youth who are Lazy and talks down on the Country but not all Nigeria Youth.

Politics / Read This If You Want To Be Wealthy by pwansunriseteam: 5:30pm On Sep 29, 2020
There are millions of people who will never be free from poverty not because they are not hardworking and not because they don't have means of livelihood but because they have failed to invest instead of saving. Any time you come across any Wealthy man you will discover that they Invest more and save less. Yes because they know that creating more wealth requires someone to invest rather than save. Get me right you can save to invest but saving to become wealthy is totally unachievable.

There were two friends in 1979, one decided to save his 2000 naira in the bank while one decided to invest in Real Estate. After many years the Lands one of them bought is now Worth hundreds of millions while the 2000 naira the other friend saved cannot even afford bottle of good wine.

That is the sad reality and the mistake many people made that made them poor till today. If you want to be wealthy then you must learn to invest no matter how small it is.

We have different forms of investments but i am going to concentrate more on Real Estate Investment. Real Estate investment has a very low risk and it is the most secured because Lands and Ready Estate properties hardly depreciate except on a very rare occassion. Take for instance there is a possibility that you will resell a Land you bought 500,000 today for 10 million within 5 years. That is why wise men are currently acquiring plots of Land to their name and their children because they know that those Lands are going to appreciate in value in a short distant time.

One of the problems people encounter while investing in Real Estate is the risk of buying through a wrong source. That is what our Company is here to Sol because investing through us will allow you to go to bed with your two eyes closed knowing fully well that your Investment is in the right hand.

We currently have Estates in the following Cities and You can chose to subscribe in any of them irrespective of your financial status. Lots of sales girls are already a land owner from their little salary. I tis all about determination.

Locations where we have Estates;
Nnewi in Anambra State
Obosi in Anambra State
Umueri in Anambra State
Awka in Anambra State
Orlu in Imo State
Aba in Abia State
Port-Harcourt
Uyo
Calabar
Bayelsa
Enugu
Asaba
Warri

Politics / A Special Gift To Ndi Anambra This Christmas Season by pwansunriseteam: 9:32am On Sep 29, 2020
The best gift I can give to Ndi Anambra is to let them know about Real Estate investment opportunities in our great State, the light of Nigeria. Indeed Anambra is a lovely State where one can live and do business. Recently Anambra has continued to witness an upsurge in the number of people coming in to live, work ane do business in Nigeria. And as the State witness rapid Infastructural development and increase in commercial activities, it is expected that just like Lagos Anambra will witness population explosion mostly when Onitsha port becomes 100 percent fucntional and Anambra international Airport also kicks off fully. This is the best time to invest in Anambra because Lands in Anambra appreciates very fast and waiting to buy when the state have gone through the first phase of state wide development might be very costly and only available to people who have the money. Investing in Anambra is a right decision and one of the best decision you will make this year.

We are always at your service. All you need to do is to book for free site inspection and you will be conveyed to the site in our Air conditioned inspection buses to see gor yourself. Remember we are Company and all our Lands are in Estated and have valid title. Our Company is highly reputable.

We have lands in the following places in Anambra
Nnewi
Oba
Umueri
Awka

Politics / Re: Ambode Could Have Only Tried..... by pwansunriseteam: 7:37pm On Sep 19, 2020
The mistake Ambode did was not to have many Loyalist in the State House of Assembly and have them to his side from the first day. At that moment he could not do anything because if he had decamped to opposition, he would have been impeached and that will be end to his entitlements as the former Governor.. Obaseki cornered Edo House of Assembly from the first day, that was why he was able to pull through such a move. What this means was that Obaseki was more smarter than Ambode in terms of politics and a better match to Adams Oshiomole and the APC.

Although I liked Ambode because he was a very hard working Governor unlike the pointus pilate we have now.
