Here's what I learnt, cancel the dispute and open it again but this time choose partial refund 50-60% the cost price and count your loss

If it's a light item and more than $100, go straight to the post office and use the easiest logistics you can get and provide the tracking number before it expires

Hurry up as aliexpress customer agent and the seller collaborates to scam unsuspecting victims

Hello, I bought a tecno screen from aliexpress and it started having lines. Opened dispute and was asked to return it. How do I go about this?

Also I was negotiating with the seller about partial refund as aliexpress said if I was not comfortable with the verdict I should discuss with the seller.
Can the seller cancel the return decision and change it to partial refund on aliexpress??

They will delay your shipping for almost two months, I bought goods early in March last months and they were telling me it will arrive in 30 days, only for the 30 days to reach they started telling me to wait again for another 7 to 14 days. Very annoying people.
The last time i bought goods from 1688 I got my goods in less than 3 weeks and now chrisvicmall is using almost 2 months to do shipping. Mad people.

This is one of the fastest orders I've received in recent times. Order time was 15/01/2021, dispatched on 26/01/21 and arrived destination country on 11/02/21. Took delivery this afternoon.

Hi guys, my order that was "despatched to overseas" on 31st of Dec last year arrived last week. Yesterday my tracking info updated to "delivery failed". I equally got a mail yesterday from AliExpress that the item had arrived my local post office. So I went there this morning to claim it, but the PO attendants asked me if I got a text from them, I replied nope, but my tracking info says my package is there. Hence they checked their logbooks and told me they haven't received my item.
